She whirled around Nitika, sun tinged mane and tail whirling around her like a halo.
"A brother.....sister? What are those?....and a flutter?" She was confused on all these terms and wondered if they were sweet to nibble on. "Did you have to eat lots of apples to get big?"
She giggled, following Nitika's hooves.

Rising higher she straightened her stride happy the little one was keeping up and in great rythem too.
"Well sister and brother are my family. We all came from baskets from our mom and dad. In our herd there are some like Glory that umm had no mom or dad. Celendria became her mom to take care of her." she paused thinking, "Do you have someone that takes care of you too. Like a mom or dad?"
Flapping her wings she held herself still thinking. "Apples? ooh yeah apples make you grow big and strong. Now I'm hungry" she frowned feeling the ache in her tummy rumbling as it always did.

Her forehead crinkled, as she thought hard, skin forming around the horn, "I remember someone giving me apples when I was in my basket but when I came out there was no one there.
Do you think I have sister and brother too?"
She now fluttered easily next to the mare, her smaller tummy grumbling.

Nitika wondered why flight always made a flyer hungry. She noted now both tummies rumbled like the faint rolling thunder in the eve of a becoming thunderstorm. It always made your wings feel heavy as well as your back to your rump it seems.
"Its possible you do. I know others in the herd I'm in have brothers and sisters too. Maybe not from one mother but maybe a couple. Hmm like when a Mother takes in a foal as her own."
She flapped her wings hearing the rumble again like an echo from the both of them.
"Okay. No w lets get something to eat. We can work on landing as we find a good winter apple tree. How's that sound"?

She whinned happily, Blaise loves apples!
"yes please!" she nodded happily, "but how will we look for one? We are so far and they look so tiny..." it was only then she noticed she was far up in the air and flying nicely alongside the mare. A whinny and a snort to show how pleased she was, and she hovered closer.

Nitika paused and sniffed the air concetrating. She smiled catching the faint scent of an appletree not too far off. Remembering her mother's teachings she frowned silently wishing Saissis would return home once again.
"If you think really hard you'll find them. Stick your nose out and think of the apples. You'll smell them for miles that way. Go on and give it a try." she nodded flicking her tail with a flex in her long feathery wings.

Blaise complied and stuck her nose out as far as she can, sniffing hard.
The slight scent of delicious apples came wafting through and she concentrated, following.
Soon she dropped in height, flying eagerly towards the source of the scent and her bright eyes caught the dark leafy greens of an appletree, and nestled in between are big plump apples.
She wavered every so slightly above the ground and dropped with a thud, flapping her wings out for balance. As the young filly did so, she turned to look at Nitika and smiled warmly.

Nitika was impressed w ith Blasie's progress swooshing her own wings to follow letting each feather catch the wind holding her still and focused landing gently with a soft thud as her tail flicked afterwards with a watery motion.
"See I told you that you'd find them. Its all about knowing where and how to find what you need. Come now lets enjoy a yummy apple should we?" she smiled tossing her head up to grab two from the branches.

The filly giggled and nosed around Nitika. Since she's still small she couldn't reached the apples high up among the branches.
So Blaise nudges against the larger mare, tail waving side to side in anticipation of yummy juicy apples.

Nitika smiled and chuckled a bit watching the eagerness flit about in the younger filly's eyes. Blasie reminded her so much of herself it warmed her heart. Leaning downward she gifted the shining child with a reddened apple as shiny as the eyes watching with anticipation.
"I'm that that forgetful. If you need another let me know" she paused with an achived breath as it left her, "You've done very well in your lessons."

Blaise whinnied happily and reached up on her hooves, snatching up the apple in her mouth. It was too big so she crunched a bite and let the rest fall into the grass, her head lowering to sniff at it. It was juicy and yummy with the right amount of crunch, so her tail waved continually about.
As she finished the last piece, she looked up with a grin at Nitika, 'Does that mean if I fly well again I can get another apple?"
Blaise giggled and started to flap her wings, rising a few inches to nose Nitika before landing on the ground again, looking up expectedly.

Nitika thought for a moment and nodded w ith a bright smile. Blasie was a born flier once she got past those bumps in the road. It so much reminded her of herself learning from Saissis.
A frown downed he r smile for only a moment wondering about her mother. But soon departed thinking of happiness she had to give Blasie. No worrying about something not able to be helped.
Spreading her wings she waited for Blaise to get airborn before she'd follow. Perhaps they could try some barrel rolls when she was ready.

Flapping her wings again, she could even feel them getting stronger, Blaise rose into the air and started off rather ungainly in a general direction. Once she had the rhytmn, she started to enjoy the surroundings, looking around eagerly. It was a lovely vantage point, and she turned around towards Nitika carefully, beaming.

Nitika raised herself with a rush of perfectly working appendages smooth and deliberate. Her smile was ever so wide and so incredibly proud watching little Blaise earn her title of a born flyer.
Pushing herself through the air she wondered if Blasie wanted to try something harder or still practice the current span of teachings.
"Whee look at you... how are you feeling now since your getting the hang of it?" she beamed letting her ownself seemingly melt into the air that supported her.

"This is so much fun! I want to try something else! OOps!"
She forgot to flap one wing, and went tilting down a full circle before righting herself. Hey that was an accidental barrel roll!
She whinnied eventhough her head was spinning deliriously from that.
