Lucius raised an eyebrow when she told him she found it when she was a foal. But he decided not to press the issue. If she wanted to tell him more about how she found it she would tell him. He shook his head to clear out those thoughts.
"Yes." he nodded. "You're right. Why look to the past? That's over and done with." He looked over to her and remarked "I'm quite anxious to see how those stones compare to your beauty."

Kimi blushed at the compliment. She wasn't really used to being complimented. Kimi heard the familiar sound of water beating down against more water. The waterfall was near.
"We're almost there," said Kimi seductively. She took a few steps towards the waterfall, but then turned back and walked closer to Lucius, smiling. She then began walking backwards, leading Lucius towards the waterfall without having to take her eyes off of him. She just hoped she wouldn't trip on anything.

Lucius's ears pricked up as the sound of splashing water became louder. His head turned back to Kimi as she spoke to him.
She was quite a vision, the mist from the waterfall rising behind her and the glow from her hoofs lighting the ground around her.
"If I didn't know better, I'd say you were a siren that tempsts soquili." he teasingly said to her.

Kimi giggled at yet another compliment.
"You are quite a looker yourself," said Kimi with a wink. She felt the ground under her hooves change to a different texture. She was at the watefall. Kimi turned to the waterfall.
"We're here," said Kimi. It was only a small waterfall, but it was beautiful nonetheless. Kimi looked down into the stream and gasped. The moonlight had reflected on the stones in the water, making each one sparkle.
"Lucius, come see this," said Kimi, awestruck.
A sparkling waterfall under the moonlight with a handsome stallion. Could Kimi's night get anymore perfect?

Lucius gave her a saucy grin as she winked at him. When she asked him to come look into the water he joined her and peered at the stones. "It looks like the night sky fell into the lake here. And that the stones are the millions of stars in the sky." He cocked his head as if he was deep in thought. "But it's as I thought. The stones can't compare to you."

Kimi smiled and tilted her head up to Lucius, staring into his eyes.
"You have the most beautiful eyes I've ever seen," said Kimi. "You're just so...handsome...so...perfect....so..."
Kimi smiled some more euphorically. It was as if there was nothing left in the world but her and Lucius. And to Kimi, that was perfect.
"I've never been this close with another Soquili before," said Kimi not realizing that she was speaking every thought in her mind.
Had Kimi found her first love? Kimi wasn't even sure if she was ready for love. Love seemed like such a serious word. She had just met Lucius, surely she could not be in love? Then again, love doesn't have to mean they would spend their entire lives together. No, a Soquili can have many loves, right? Kimi wasn't ready for all this. Everything was going so fast, but Kimi needed to do something.
"I...I...," said Kimi, at a loss of words. She took a step back, but stumbled into the stream, she caught herself, embarassed and smiled to cover herself up. She took a step foward, but stumbled again and fell over into the stream, blushing and giggling as she fell and made a splash.

Lucius had never met such an open soquili before. Someone who wore their heart on their sleeve and let you know where you stood with them. It was very refreshing. The more he spent being around Kimi, the stronger the attraction grew.
"Careful!" he called out to her when she fell. "Those stones may look pretty but I'd wager they're slippery." Lucius moved forward to join her in the stream. "You know I've never been this to another Soquili either." he confided in her.

Kimi took a slow step towards Lucius, although she was soaking wet. Did Lucius feel the same way as she did? Were they in love? So many questions ran through Kimi's mind.
"Lucius, I...I...," Kimi stuttered nervously, trying to say how she felt about Lucius. "I don't want this night together to end."
Kimi paused and looked at Lucius, awaiting his response nervously.

"I feel the same way." he responded. "I would even go as far as saying this is the best night of my life." Lucius honestly meant that. He was having the time of his life being with Kimi and growing closer to her.

Kimi felt her face grow hot. She knew she must be blushing more than ever now. Does this mean Lucius and Kimi share the same feelings for each other?
"Lucius, what do you know about love?" asked Kimi curiously, looking up to the handsome stallion.

"Not much I'm afraid." he replied. "I've heard it described as a beautiful thing to behold. Of it being called the downfall of oneself and the savior. I think though, that it must be something magical, to bewitch the hearts of two creatures."

Kimi's eyes widened at Lucius's beautiful description of love. Love sounded so wonderful. Did Lucius's definition of love contradict to Kimi's definition of love? The way Lucius described it was so serious...was Kimi even ready for love?
Kimi smiled. Perhaps she was in love with this stallion after all. Is love that terrible of a thing for Kimi?
"This night has been the best night of my entire life, if only there was a way to never let it end, so I can spend more time with you under the stars," said Kimi romantically.

Smiling at Kimi, he said "If you ever find a way to stop time I think you'd be reviered as the greatest soquili of them all." he finished dramatically.
"I too wish that time would never stop and that this night would continue on. But just because the night has ended doesn't mean the beauty of it has to. We can find in the daytime, of that I'm certain." he paused for a moment, thinking of the right way to word his thoughts.
"If you'd like I could show you some beautiful places that I know are magnificient in the daylight."

Kimi smiled mischeviously.
"Perhaps we will keep this beauty and prevent this night from ending," said Kimi, raising a brow with a smirk across her face. "If we spend the night together and maybe some more time in the morning."
Kimi winked at Lucius. What has gotten into her?

Lucius smiled as Kimi winked at him. He was positive that she was a minx in a soquili's body. "Now why didn't I think of that." he responded back with a wink of his own. "What would you say to a midnight snack? I don't know about you but having so much fun is giving me an appetite."
