Cassie frowned at the sight of him being so angry. "Ever wonder why you are hardly ever seen with friends? It is because you scare them, Cadaver... I want to be your friend. I was just trying to help." She looked away as tears had formed in her eyes, escaping as if its life was on the line. ".. I barely knew my own daddy since he was always away.. I worried if I wasn't good enough for him to consider me as a daughter to him. But you know what? I didn't care.. I just moved on and fought to become my own personal being. Life is what you make of it, Cadaver. Ever thought that you aren't the only one that to experiences bad things? I have had alot more experiences than you. I mean look at my grandparents on my daddy's side.. They are squirrels.. I love them to death but I always wonder if two leggers will get them and eat them! Or that I would never measure up my grandfather, the original cheetah soquili... "
She then began to sob silently, trying to hide her own sadness from him, not wanting him to see her since he is a friend already of her. "... Already may have lost my first friend besides my mother.." She whimpers while saying that to herself in her mind.

Cadaver's eyebrows furrowed lightly as he spotted the blue starting to mingle with her aura. He shouldn't of said that, but still, he was a very open minded kind of stallion and normally said what was on his mind. "That's not fear....that's worry. The worry of not living up to what you think is expected of you. The worry of letting other's down that sits deep in the back of your mind and springs up every now and again, that's not fear....."
Giveing a soft sigh, he shook his head. Takeing a few steps forward, he nudged her shoulder lightly. "Now, don't go and start getting all weepy on me."

Cassie looks at him while tears was still falling down her cheeks, saying "... Then what is fear? I thought worriness can make you get scared at times." He could hear the breakiness of her voice from the sobbing she had been trying to hide from him. She whimpers as she was still very much sad and worried that she may lose him as a friend already before the friendship probably hasn't formed yet.
Cassie sniffed softly from crying as she continues to look at him. "Cadaver.. I don't want you to tell me your stories til you are ready.. If you are still hurting from it, let a friend share the pain by being there for you." She then hesitates before nuzzling his neck in a friendly sort of way. ".. Than.. Thank you." She finally stumbled out the words as the shyness was still quite there as if it was hiding all this time, letting her be her own self around him.

Sighing lightly, he shook his head a bit. "Fear can be many things. It varies from person to person. You can be scared, but that's not absolute fear...." His ears perked a bit as he listened to her speak. Man, he had really upset her. That was a first in a long time.
He shifted lightly as she nuzzled his neck, but allowed it for the moment since she was upset because of him. He didn't understand other's sometimes. But then again many other's didn't understand him, so it kind of equaled out he supposed. "I don't know what you're thanking me for though...but you're welcome."

Cassie then listened to him while slowly calming down. "... I am thanking you for being there for me.. That is what a friend is supposed to do, Cadaver.." She nodded at his words while looking at him as if she was trying to look into his eyes, still sad and worried. "Cadaver.. Fear can be a good thing at times but.. most of the time is a bad thing." She flickers her tail back and forth before looking to the moon. ".. Even the moon has its night to hide from its fears. Everything has fear and worriness in life even our two leggers." She said softly, hoping that he could hear her.
She wanted to be his friend as she didn't know if he wanted one or was in need of one. "And Don't be sorry that you upset me, Cadaver.. No one is perfect. You are just being normal as you can be. Everyone has flaws... Especially me."

Cadaver nodded lightly as he listened to her speak. "Not everything has fears and worries...trust me." His tail gave a few quick flicks side to side as he looked up towards the sky but saw nothing but darkness. It didn't matter to him in the long run what he saw or not, it was all basically the same.
"Normal? I'm only normal to myself. To other's I'm far from normal. But of course, everyone thinks their normal while everyone else around them isn't." Giving a soft snort, he looked back at her, his left ear flicking a few times as his milky eyes blinked slowly as he watched her. The blue starting to vanish in her aura.

Cassie nodded at his words once again before replying with a simple answer. "Normal is only what you make of it, Cadaver." She sniffed as she respires before looking up at him. "But isn't normal what basically run this world? If everyone was perfect, what kind of world would we live in? We are all different but only normal to one's self. It is indeed normal for each and everyone to have each their own way that make them them.. Do you understand what I am saying, Cadaver?"
She smiled gently as she began to feel safer to be alittle more happier but didn't know how to release the worriness and fear that she has for her nutty grandparents. She would try to find out how in someway. "Maybe having a friend would help me out... Talking about it makes me feel sad at first but feels good after you talk about it with a friend." She said in her mind while staying close to him.

"If everyone was normal then we would live in a pretty boreing place. I do understand what you're saying Cassie. Trust me, I do." He chuckled lightly and shook his head. This mare seemed like she liked explaining everything to him for some reason. It was odd, and it kind of irked him, but he didn't say anything about it. Atleast not now. He'd have upset her even more if he'd said anything.
Cadaver adjusted his standing, shuffling his hooves around in the grass beneath him as he gave his tail another flick. Stretching out his foreleg a moment before setting it back down on the ground.

Cassie nodded softly before looking at him with a smile. "Care to relax somewhere? I wouldn't want you to be hurting by standing still for so long." She asked kindly.
She stretches her legs before looking around for a comfortable spot but is uncertain if he would want to lay down by her to keep warm since the coolness of the night was finally appearing inside the wind.

Cadaver had started stretching his other leg when she had started talking. Giveing a slight nod, he set his other leg down. "Yea. I've been doing a lot of wandering lately...havn't really stopped for a while to relax..."
He waited for her to lead somewhere, he could easily follow so didn't really need a guide. But he wasn't sure where'd she'd want to go, so would just let her lead on.

Cassie looked at him before nodding softly. "Alright.. Follow me, Cadaver. You know.. You aren't mean as you look. You are quite sweet when you want to be." She smiled at him before finding a place under a tree that is right by a river. She then laid down to get herself comfortable. "Here we do.. Since it is fall.. We are already having a bed of leaves to lay down on. They are so comfortable." She giggled slightly, hoping he would smile at her statement.

Cadaver sighed lightly at her last statement about him being sweet. Pleh. After a second, he followed her underneath the tree. Her comment about the bed of leaves lifting his eyebrows slightly. Grass was just fine for him, leaves tended to stick and cling to one's mane and tail. But he shrugged it off mentally. "Leaves tend to stick to one's self more than grass does."
Tucking his legs underneath his large frame, he lowered himself down onto the ground next to her, but not close enough to which they were touching. Looking outwards, he stared at the darkness around him, his eyebrows had lowered slightly by this time as he relaxed against the cool ground. His tail flicking so that it wrapped around his hindequarters.

Cassie looked at him and smiles gently. "You know.. It is pretty cool out here tonight.. Not too cold and not too hot.. Just right." She burred gently, letting the cool chill cool her down. She then hears his comment on the leaves. "They may do that but it is always better to have something soft than hard to help you sleep."

He looked at her out of the corner of his eye, but not that she could really tell. "It's because it's getting close to winter. Once it's even closer even then it will be extremely cold to be out at night."
Cadaver shrugged lightly, turning his head towards her a bit. "It depends on what you think is soft really. The grass can be soft as well. But soon it dies and becomes rough, just like leaves sometimes."

Cassie nodded and sighs softly. "I don't know of any place to go for the winter, Cadaver... I just may go whereever my mother is going to." She flickers her ears back and forth slightly to listen to the crickets. "Listen.. Arent the crikets' music sound wonderful? The night has its musicians if you know where to look."
