Well, i think you are on your way to a good amount of weight loss.
becuase now you should be aware of what you are eating that is bad, or good. also tracking exercise is soo good.
i love how you have the amount of water you drink in your journal, that is stuff a great thing to have.
you seem to get exercise so even a little is awesome.
even though you havent record if you have lost any weight, or any of your meals for awhile.
any jounral is good for you to have, since tracking life, is the best way to help in the future.
