It was immediately decided that today would be an odd day, when Ubel awoke and found himself wondering where he was. The boy sat up rather suddenly in the bed he was in, eyes wide as he looked around and panted softly, feeling as though he had just woken from a deep sleep to something that could either be a dream or a nightmare. The room was scanned - bed he was in, dresser, table (desk?), other such things, a bunch of stuff that seemed to be both issued and chosen, his own and something that had become his own by the decree of another.
Slowly, carefully, he got out of bed, hissing quietly under his breath as his feet lightly touched the floor, supporting him easily, though, as he got up silently and slowly. The room felt as though it wasn't there, but the floor beneath his feet and the feel of the bed lingering on his mind let him know it was. How in the name of the spirits and gods had he gotten here..? The last he remembered...
Blink.
He didn't. He didn't remember anything before this waking moment. Oh, he knew who he was, what things around him were, all of that... But he wasn't aware of why he was here, or how he had gotten here, or where else he had been before this moment. It was as though his memories had been whisked away, a whisp of smoke scattered to the winds by a quick burst of air, leaving his mind a blank slate.
The tiniest of sounds slipped from the boy's lips - a whimper, perhaps? He wouldn't admit - and he carefully made his way around the room. Clothes were in the cabinet, and he found himself taking the time to change into a clean outfit, looking down at what he was wearing. It felt familiar, like something he was meant to wear, and he rather liked it, either way. Moving on, he went to the things that had been set out for him. Candles were the first thing he found, much to his delight, and he purred softly as he checked the scents of each one. There were runestones, each one touched lightly, before he moved on to go through the school supplies that had been left for him, as well as... a schedule.
The first thing he had to do was cooking? How strange.
Either way, he somehow knew he had to go, where he had to go, and what he had to do. His notebooks were gathered up, as well as a quill and inkwell and he looked back at the room once more, before sighing quietly and moving on to the door, opening it and stepping outside, clutching his things close as he made his way towards the White District, biting his bottom lip in a nervous manner.
Things... were definitely going to be interesting.

Aquired: At All Hallow's Eve Fieldtrip. Reason: Rolled a 82 and a 28 in the Free-for-all Dice Roll Task. Well, now you've got 2 Castor Shells, but how to use them? You'll need to pick up a Castor Gun equip and get yourself more shells!

It was in fact a Deumus. As a reward, this Certed Technoring is yours. You can use it to bond a familiar, pet or monster that is your own. In order to do so, bring the creature you want bonded with the Certed technoring to either myself or Prof Kortus in the Teacher's Lounge and we will contain the creature in this ring for you. Then all you need to do is tap the ring as you would any old Technoequip, and you can contain and release the pet at will.

(Random scribble during a break)
I've recently discovered that Grave as relationships with a few others, which I will currently leave unnamed. He assures me that he loves me, but it makes me wonder if he's assured the others of the same thing. How did I manage to get myself into the twisted web? It's frustrating. I'm tempted to tell him to take me alone or leave me be, but I couldn't hurt him like that. I just don't like feeling like I'm being toyed with... for now... I'll wait and see.
I was a fool to think like this. I know he loves me, as he loves the others. No longer shall I worry.

So many things I haven't been keeping track of...
The paint ball game came and went; never has a week gone by so quickly. It was fun, other than a few incidents (Grave ended up in the infirmary, my poor love, but thankfully he's okay). I've still got a dull ache in my chest that doesn't seem to go away, but I've gotten used to it already. It only really bothers me when I lay down on my back for too long.
But, the games were fun and we're back to class again.
Oh! I got an apprenticeship, as the Observer... it's really rather fun!

Reason: For being voted the 1st Star by the players as the most entertaining student to watch.
These boots enable the wearer to hit harder and do more damage upon contact than normal, (increase the damage done by a Kick by 1). While they can be used out of the arena for fieldtrips as tools to break wood, break open doors etc, illegal use or absue of these boots will lead to confiscation.

It was startling. Ubel looked around his room slowly at the myriad of presents he had received, and was hit with the distinct feeling of being spoiled. He had traded a present with Antigone - she had gotten three of the same knife and he two of the same wand, so they switched one knife for one wand.
But there were just so many gifts... He sat down slowly on his bed, lifting a hand carefully to touch the circlet he wore, before a shaky sigh came from him, followed by a wet feeling on his cheek.
But he wasn't crying, no. He wouldn't cry over this... would he?

I can scarcely believe that I've gone through enough classes to reach my first - though it's technically the second - free period. It seemed like it was such a short time ago that I began classes, and now, here I am, tutoring to catch up with those I've missed and getting steps and steps closer to my ascension to a Stage One Empyrean.
It's amazing, stunning, even, and I can't get over it. I can hardly wait to ascend. It will just be amazing.
Ah! But now I must run, to do my tutoring and resume catching up! Buhbye, for now!

This Valentine's certainly proved to be quite the adventure...
Never had I imagined it would be a dash of sweetness splashed with heartache. To see how things played out with the Threes, to see that they were more than faces and guides - they're just as much Empyreans as we are, and they have their own troubles.
It was certainly an eye opener.
I have many things to think of, that I dare not write about.

Bardane What's this?
It seems to be a fragment of some unknown form of organic crystal. It is rough to the touch, despite its seemingly smooth facets. In length no more than two inches.
If it hadn't been reflecting the light when you walked by, you might've missed it entirely. A small fragment lodged in the wall. It took some careful effort to wedge the thing free, but it came nonetheless.
To the touch it feels empty, soulless, quiet. As if the thing possesses a resistance to being at all. With a shiver you decide to seek some Three's assistance with the mysterious fragment.
Post this Clue in the Weaponsmithery
Well done in finding this Third clue! This fragment is unlike anything we have created, and sure enough it poses a resistance to magical energy. A most worrying development. Please continue to stay on guard and alert us at the slightest hint or clue.
