WitchyBoy ive been using a flourite pendant and the images just kind of come in flashes. ...dammit, what's it called.... Ahh... Iolite. Oldern day shamen used to use rings made of Iolite to help to induce visions, increasing their frequency and clarity...

Freya_Crescent I really have no idea how to go about finding out about my past lives. I've read a little bit about it, but I can't do a spell for a dream about it, because I don't dream very often anymore. When I was younger, I would dream a lot, but they wern't good dreams. My mind (or a fair bit of it, anyway) is too trapped in this life to be able to tune into other ones. I know I've had a few. I want to know, but at the same time, I have this instinct that I may not want to tread there. I may need to get into a serious state of trance to get my concious brain to shut up. I've always had some trouble meditating, and I take longer than most to reach the point where my concious mind quiets down. Even when I was meditating quite frequently, I still had trouble with it. Should I even tread into my past lives? I know there's something... important there. Something that I missed. Maybe something I need to be careful not to repeat? Is there a way for me to find out? I know my concious brain will get in the way, so some of the easier methods won't work, like just imagining my way towards the truth. you always dream. if you didn't dream then your brain would have shut down and then you're dead. as bizarre as that is, it makes sense. your brain is like a computer, if it doesn't think all the time it must be "asleep." I also have trouble remembering my dreams lately. I have been sleeping very soundly.

ive done more work and now i can put a name and face to my past life, my name in a past life was Allan Mcfeyy.

Is meditation the only way to find out about your past lives? That seems to be the only way I've heard or read people saying. It's really hard for me to meditate because I can't seem to get my mind to stop talking. sweatdrop

Dreaming is just one of the four/five states of sleep. If he doesn't dream then he just gets to the last state very easily. The dream state is just before that. Usually The cycle is repeated 5 or more times a night for healthy sleep. But also, dreams are best recalled just as you wake up. The latest one that is. The more you wake up after dreaming, then the more you remember, then the more you say that you dream all the time. But if you sleep deep all the time, the less you remember so the less you say that you dream. ^_^;; I'll probably never take another psychology class again, but I'll remember that from Kuhlmann.
I also believe that .. the way you die in a past life becomes your current lifes phobia. I have an intense fear of drowning... and I think that's because I did in a past life. I have dreams of my sister and I driving off the road and sinking in a pond (once) and other dreams of cliff islands surrounded by either black nothing or water. I remember one dream where my mother, sister, and I were on my dad's red three-wheeler and she turned the corner (on a road) and I fell off. It was weird, surround by trees the road was and it seemed pieces of earth floated off to the sides of the road and below was the black nothing. I cried because mom kept driving off with my sister while I fell off onto one of those pieces of earth.
Could someone help explain this dream?
I had a dream a while back where (this is what I remember) I am standing in a room and it's bright. It's small with books and a desk and a couch, it looks like a small study with a dark natural stained wooden door. It had a gold knob. My boyfriend Josh was standing infront of me. I think he hugged me and said that everything was going to be alright. I started crying in my dream right away and watched him walk out the door, around the corner (I saw what he did, even though I couldn't see through the walls.), and sit down in this white wicker chair in the hallway next to a tan-wicker stand. All of sudden something clicked and he fell from the chair onto the floor face-first and hit his wrist on the stand. I knew he was dead.. and in my dream I bawled even more. His uncle youngest child came in, nicknamed KG (actually Colten), and was wearing jean jumpers and a white and blue striped shirt and white shoes and a little baseball cap. He's like 2. He opened the door and came up and gave me a hug. Josh's grandma and grandpa on his fathers side stood in the door. His grandma said, "it's okay, he just broke his wrist on the fall." I was so confused. My moms cousin Johnna stood behind them.
I woke up from that nightmare and started bawling in real life and called Josh right away to make sure he was okay. I talked to him until we both fell asleep. Man, it was so scary... crying I love Josh so much.

I was talking to my boyfriend( a soul mate of mine) about his spirit guide Zero. And somehow we got into our past lives. Which we were killed together so Zero saw me, and told my boyfriend about it. I was a young Jewish girl about the age of 12, when I was sent to be burned alive..But I only know of that Jewish one, the one before( I was Russian) and that all I know.
