Israel grinned and sipped her coke as Giani told of how they met and looked back to Obie with a nod.
"I'd be glad to show it to you. His work is brilliant and I keep the portrait in my room. It's really quite gorgeous," she grinned. "You could come see it too Ra, if you'd like," she smirked. She glanced up at Giani as he mentioned his exhibition and her smirk deepened at the look on his face. She knew all too well what was going through his mind. With a sly glance over at Ra, she reached up and brushed her hair out of her face.
"You should volunteer Ra. Like I said, Giani does amazing work," she grinned and sipped her coke.

Ra rolled his eyes as Israel mentioned the painting -again- and shook his head.
"I've told you, I'd rather not see my friends in all their glory." He smirked and listened to Giani talk about his exhibition. He took a sip of his drink and nearly spat it out as Israel suggested he pose.
"Very funny Is." He said recovering and trying to pretend he wasn't embarrased by the thought. "No offence to your art Giani, I'm sure it's amazing, but i'm not getting naked for half of Tokyo."

Obie smirked as Giani told her he pitied her and hid it behind her mug as she sipped her tea. How wrong he was. Ra was quite appreciative of the beauty of the human body.
She blinked a little as Giani went on to explain what kind of art was his specialty and how it was that he and Is had met. And she thought she had done some bold things in her time.
She looked to Israel when she offered to show her the painting and shrugged a little. Why not? It was just art right? When Israel told Ra he should volunteer, she started to laugh a little, which quickly developed into a full on laugh as she saw the look on Ra's face. Cover her mouth with her hand, she tried to stop laughing and wipe away the smirk on her lips.
"Aw come on Ra-ne... where's your sense of adventure?" she teased with a smirk.

"You too Obsidian." Giani said as she began to laugh, raising his eyebrow teasingly. "You are a beautiful couple, and despite what my lovely Israel says I am no pervert. Both very classic, don't you think Is?" He asked squeezing her shoulder.
"It is a lot of fun, and of course art, the people of Tokyo would be priviledged to witness you." Sitting back with a grin he watched the two of them.

"Funny? I wasn't being funny. I was being quite serious," she grinned and looked directly at him. When Giani mentioned them being a beautiful couple, she smiled warmly and looked up at him, smirking when he called her out on her teasing.
"Ooo yes! A couple portrait! I've never seen you do one of those before. They would really be very lovely for that," she grinned and looked back over at the dark couple across the way from them. They would be very lovely indeed.
"You both really should do it. It is so liberating," she smiled brightly at them, reaching out to rest her free hand on Giani's leg.

As Giani cut Obie off mis laughing fit Ra turned round to give her a 'haha' look. It seemed no one was safe.
At their further probing Ra shook his head again, turning rather red.
"No." He said firmly shooting Is a warning look. "If I could help you out Giani I would, but I can't do .... that. Surely you can find another?"
Obie may be beautiful, but there was no way he would do such a thing. Giani would give up and agree if he had to explain why.

Obie stopped laughing as soon as Giani called her out too. She glanced to Ra and gave him a mock sour look in response to his. She saw him turn an interesting shade of red and reached out to take his hand in hers as she looked over at Giani and Is. If she were to be completely honest, the whole idea intrigued her really. But she could understand Ra's insecurities.
"I'll do it Giani," she said with a small smile. She glanced back at Ra and gave his hand a small squeeze. Sure the idea intrigued her, but she had her own insecurities as well. Taking a deep breath, she looked back at Giani and her smile widened in false bravado. "I'd love to really."

Giani smiled at Obie and then turned back to Ra.
"I want you as a pair." He said with a mock pleading look. "I have only women so far, a guy would add to it. Whatever you think makes you unable, we can talk about it. You don't have to be totally naked."
He smiled warmly at Ra, to try and show encouragement.
"Thank you Obsidian, I think you will make a beautiful picture, Is, and Ra if he is determined, may come when you sit, so you don't feel uncomfortable. Also you may come and see me work on Israel and Aya if they allow it, so you may see how easy and relaxing it is."

Israel studied Ra for a moment and then gently squeezed Giani's leg to urge him to stop. Her intent had not been to upset her friend.
"I'm sure you could find another guy or even couple, baby. If Ra doesn't want to do it, it's okay," she smiled warmly at him and then looked up at Giani with a look to reinforce the squeeze to his leg. When he mentioned Obie sitting in on her portrait, she smiled over at the other girl and nodded.
"That would be fine with me. I've gotten quite used to it," she smirked a little.

Ra squeezed Obie's hand as he listened to Giani again and shook his head.
"You really don't want me Giani, there are much better and I'm sure more willing people around."
Taking a breath he listened to Obie and turned to face her. She really wanted to do it?
"Obie, you don't have to. You can tell them no if you want." He said searching her face to make sure she wasn't just doing this to take the heat off him. Though he was curious, he did not want Giani to regret his decision because of how he looked.

Obie didn't look at Ra right away as he spoke to her. She turned her head and gave him a warm smile as she squeezed his hand again.
"I know that Ra-ne. I wouldn't say something just to say it," she smiled at him, keeping her eyes on his for a moment. Swallowing a bit, she dropped her eyes and looked back over at Is.
"I might take you up on that offer Israel," she smiled a bit shyly. Given her analytical mind, seeing the process would probably help put her at ease. Leaning forward, she reached out to place her empty mug on the coffee table and then settled against Ra again. This had definitely not been the way she had expected to spend the afternoon with him.

Giani looked between the two of them, heeding both Israel and Ra's words. He of all people should know about feeling as Ra was, though that was just the reason he wanted to encourage him.
"Don't worry Ra, I'll find someone else." He said with a smile, taking a sip of his coke and smiling at Israel. "But if you change your mind, the offer is always open."
Now all he had to do is think how he wanted to portray Obsidian, it would have to be something much more classic, maybe even a little coy.

Israel smiled when Giani took the hint to back off and turned her head to watch Ra and Obie. It was really quite cute how concerned he was for her rather than getting upset that she had contradicted him. She knew some guys wouldn't have been so understanding about their girlfriends volunteering to pose nude, especially when they are dead set against it. She smiled warmly at Obie when she addressed her and nodded.
"Great. These are the times we'll most likely be in the studio and both mine and Giani's numbers," she smiled and reached into her bag to produce a piece of paper and pen. She quickly scrawled out their names, numbers, and times then leaned forward to slide the paper across the table towards them. "You could drop by when ever you have a spare moment. Both of you could, though I know Ra won't," she grinned and winked at him. She finished off her soda and looked up at Giani.
"Baby, I really need to get back to the room and do some studying. Besides, I think we've meddled enough," she grinned and looked back at the couple across from them. "It was really nice to meet you Obie. I'm so glad that Ra has finally found someone to put a smile on his face," she grinned and rose to her feet, adjusting her bag as its weight settled on her shoulder. We'll be seeing you both around real soon," she smiled and reached down to tug Giani up to his feet. She gave them both a bright smile and wave and started to drag Giani off with her.
"That was a productive chance meeting," she grinned and slipped her arm around his waist as they walked towards the exit.

Ra smiled at Is, watching her hand over numbers and times, then blushing lightly as Is said that she was glad to meet Obie. He was really pleased that both Israel and Giani liked her. It meant a lot to him, plus gave them a coule to hang out with if they wanted to. ... or not if they were going to make such propositions.
Shaking his head as they left he turned and smiled at Obie.
"Always the quiet ones right?" He said nodding to the piece of paper in her hands.

Obie leaned forward and picked up the paper that Is had slipped across the table. She looked up as they excused themselves and blushed when Is said she was glad that Ra had found someone to put a smile on his face.
"It was nice meeting you too Israel and doing business with you Giani," she smirked and nodded to them as they started to leave. She sat back again and looked down at the messy yet legible handwriting. Her smirk deepened at Ra's comment and looked up at him.
"What of it?" she asked, arching a brow. "It got them to leave you alone, didn't it?" she said, looking away as she slipped the paper between the pages of her book.
"Would you like to come up to my room with me? I've gotten some groceries and was going to make some gyros for dinner," she smiled and looked back at him as she reached up to tuck some hair behind her ear.
