*Asia shrugged. She never really held an interest with her name that was given to her; she simply used it so others can call her, instead of calling her by words of their own. It was nothing special.
Getting to her feet, she soon padded silently towards the door as well, she wasn't hungry, but she was getting rather bored of staying in one place with a pointless conversation at hand.*
Asia: "I might as well."
*She said in her usual tone, while her eyes scanned the hall way for other kitsusagi's.*

Walking ahead of Asia, Lantis grinned at her cautiousness.
" Afraid to be seen with me, love? " He looked over his shoulder at her. Lantis walked straight ahead to a cabinet, spotting his stashed bag of potato chips.
" My favorite flavor. Maui onion. Good thing I stashed these," He put his paw deep into the cabinet to bring out a large plastic bag of chips. Ripping the bag open with his teeth, he turned around to Asia. With the bag open, his mouth holding it up, he said or meant to ask if she wanted some.
Instead it came out a blur of barely identifiable words, " Fant wome ships? "
want some chips? was his translation.
(( Sorry D8. I only come between my sisters and they have half an hour each xPP ))

*She simply ignored his question. If she was afraid to be seen with him, she would have simply have left. Eyeing the bag in his mouth, she shook her head lightly, in a polite refusal. She didn't much care for potato chips. On top of that, she wasn't hungry.*
Asia: "No, thank you."
*Settling down onto a floor mat, she raised a brow and gazed up at Lantis, a curious expression formed upon her face.*
Asia: "So, what's the deal with your playboy attitude? How did you manage t o come upon that sort of nature?"
(( Sorry for the very late reply. >>;; ))

 (( It's perfectly alright. :3 Dont worry about it <3 ))
Propping the chips against a pillow, Lantis jumped on the couch.
" A playboy attitude? Thats one way to put it. If you've gone living in the slums you get the talk. Mess around with some wench--- I mean barmaids, then I guess its one way to develop my ..attitude. " A slight smirk vanished off his face quickly.
There were paused in his explainations, as he tried to find .. proper words to use. Hints of frustration were in his eyes, struggling to keep the language decent. But his definition of decent was probably alot lower then Asia's.
" It's gotten hell of-- uh..better since I started living up here. Interesting topic for a conversation, love?" He didnt stop to wait for an answer.
" Now its my turn. Why are you so stubborn m'girl? " He peered at her, trying to see if she took offense, which he certainly hoped not. Might ruin his chances with this one.
His paw rummaged through the bag for a couple more chips.

*Asia shrugged, putting her head back to her fore paws and closing her eyes in a mock thought. She did happen to approve of his correcting himself with a gentle smile.
How I became stubborn, eh?
Her three tails twitched for a few moments, before she finally gave a slight sigh and opened her icy eyes to her surroundings once more.*
Asia: "That's just the way I came to be. There was no cause of my attitude."
*It probably wasn't the answer Lantis was looking for, but that was all she would say. Truth be told, she didn't have another explanation.*
(( Changing role-play colour. ))

Lantis caught a real smile. Aha. Her gentle smile seemed to make her eyes glow for just a moment, and it was a pretty smile. But if he said that aloud, it might just seem like poor flattery to Asia, he thought.
" Naturally stubborn? " He said, rather to himself instead of Asia.
" Everybody has their share of it, but It depends on how much I suppose. " His tone was one of the most obnoxious and dryest tones he could muster, a certain member of the family was pictured in his mind. A stubborn nightmare like Shaolin.
By now, the bag was empty as Lantis took a deep swallow of the rest. He hadn't really tasted much of it. Was it stale? It had been stashed there for awhile.
Peering curiously at the label of the bag, he cursed softly. " The stupidsonof.. ownermistaked.. !"
" These chips were original instead of onion?! .. " As quick as he was to become flirtatios, he was annoyed. Kicking the bag into the trash can in the corner, a string of mumbles came from under his breath, heading back to the kitchen for a drink.
How could he NOT have tasted that? Bleh.
" Ill be back in a minute, if you should have any curiosity. " His casual but clipped tone heard, as he stepped out of the room.

*Asia watched as he kicked the bag into the trash can, with added force. He seemed to be mumbling about something off topic, also. Something on his mind? Observing the situation in silence, she only clued in when the words 'chips' and 'onion' were mentioned and then it was obvious, he was going on about some old stale chips.
What a topic change..
As he got up and left the room, she simply flicked her trio of tails and gazed around the empty room. Her ears twitched lightly in mild curiosity.
He's probably off to hound his owner about the chip swap..
She told herself before setting her head upon her fore paws once more.*

Rinsing out his mouth, Lantis climbed down from the countertop sink, back down to the floor. Xaki mentioned she wouldnt be in for at least 2 more days. Something about going off to buy a new air conditioner.
Boy, was she getting a yelling when she came back. How could she have mistaked the original for onion? Well Duh! The onion had a surfing onion man in sunglasses on it .. while the original .. did not.
And he was thirsty. Probably Asia was too. Probably.
Ill get one for her anyways.
His blue paw tugged on the fridge door, opening it. He took down two cans in the lower shelf of coca-cola in his mouth, nudging the door closed with a flick of his tail. Satisfied, when he heard the click of the fridge door closing, he went back out into the room where Asia was in. Settling the two cold cans on the floor, he offered one to Asia, his head drooping low to put them down.
Nudging it forward, he said, " Do you want one? If you dont I have no problem drinking both of it. ". He didnt really feel like going back into the kitchen to put another one back if she didnt want it. Twio drinks werent too much. He could probably drink 5 drinks before he got drunk. On liquor of course.
(( Im assuming they have a fridge with food stocked, xD; ))

*Asia raised her head at his entrance. Her icy gaze falling on beverage placed in front of her. Without thinking, she pulled it closer and bobbed her head up and down twice, in a nod.*
Asia: "Thank you."
*Raising her paw above the top of the can, she extended her fore claws and drove them into the top, with a clean and quick jab. Seeing as she had no opposable thumbs like human, she had learned to make due with her own features that she was born with.*
Asia: "I suppose I owe you an apology for reacting harshly to your presence earlier. It was--shall I say, childish of me?"
(( I'm guessing so. XD ))

" Childlish? I suppose it depends. "
" I have to say, it was my .. way of introducing myself. Which I dont regret at all, love. It was fun. " Lantis tapped his paws, in thought before draining like half the can in one swallow.
" If I was nice, then you, m'girl wouldnt have paid any attention to me whatsoever and I would of been the dull type. I'd hate for athat to happen. Breeded bachelors always get it the worst. " He said, his tone dry at the end.
" But I'm not that way for attention. It's just me, if you had any straying thoughts." He included in a bit hastily. He drowned the rest of the bottle, blinking. Then he grinned. It was a grin that said he was probably going to say something off-topic next.
" Are we on good terms, love? "

*It was true, what he said, about being boring and all, but still, there was no need to call her--that word. Her ears twitched lightly, when he assured her it wasn't for attention, which caused another smile to show upon her face.
Nodding her head once and taking another sip from the can, she gave a smile of assurance.*
Asia: "I believe so, as long as you use my actual name, rather then the substitute."

" I suppose that can be arranged. " He said slowly, thoughtfully thinking over something.
Lantis stared at the empty can, thinking over a topic for conversation.
God this is awkward. -__-;
Lantis stared around, now noticing how quiet it was. His ears twitched silenty, as it usually did when he was distracted or with nothing to do.
" So Asia, do you have any other family you live with? " He peered at her curiously, his eyes twinkling.
If he was going to get better .. friends with Asia, he might as well know her first. Of course, one's definition of friend varied.

Asia raised her head in a questioning manor, but then figured it wouldn't harm anything to answer a harmless question. Besides, he seemed bored, perhaps he needed a subject to start on again?
Lowering her head to her fore paws, she nodded lightly, before fixing her cold gaze upon the blue hued kitsu, a gentle smile upon her face once more.
"I have eleven adopted siblings and one adopted nephew in my family and two more in two other families, thirteen if you can count a sibling that has passed through this life."
A look of curiosity came across her face once more, as she raised her head up high again.
"Why? Are you interested in meeting them?"
She questioned, her ears pulled back with mild amusement. Her family was odd and was filled with several--odd kitsu, not that he probably hasn’t ever seen any, but all at once?
"Heh.. 'Cause if you do, I can assure you, it won't be a pleasant meeting, my family is--quite 'strange' as some might put it."

Lantis coughed, trying to cover up his laughter.
" Strange you say? Not much worse off then mines. " .. he turned away to glance at the wall. "A snobby nightmare and a gorwn adult who still acts like a kid. It cant get any worse is my eyes. "
He probably wouldnt want to meet them if they were eggs.
I might actually crush an egg. Lantis hated fragile things because it was often him who broke them.
" I often .. how shall I put this.. to say simply, fragile things around me for awhile tend to dissapear without a trace at all. " His smile was innocent, as he remembered how many colorful dishes and bowls dissapeared from Xaki's house .. oh so mysteriously.

Asia quirked a brow at the last comment.
Was he really that reckless?
She gave a small chuckle as her serene ’mask’ broke and a 'true' smile showed.
He must be the type that tends to break every fragile thing in sight.
And a snobby nightmare? Sounded quite different from her two nightmare siblings, Kumo was quite grumpy and irritable to hang around. Not that she ever planned to hang around her, and as for Raikou, she hasn't really had the chance to meet him yet, but she was told that he was at least kind at times, but was also told he had mood swings and when ticked about something, tended to thrash the closest thing to him, usually being another kitsusagi.
"Sounds a little different from my family--Perhaps we should have a gathering between our families some time? Let them quarrel between one another?"
This was more of a joke then a suggestion, judging by her tone, whether Lantis would take is seriously or not was up to him.
"So what's this about fragile things? Surely you’re not that reckless?"
Now she was mocking him, in a playful manor of course. They had already begun to settle their differences and she didn't feel quite keen on remaining irritable towards one, whom she finally was able to talk too freely.
