I'd love see the classic SatAM programs. I'll pick it up if I have the money.

After the release of AoStH and SatAM, they're now releasing the Christmas Blast. More information available from http://www.tvshowsondvd.com/news/Adventures-Sonic-Hedgehog-DiC's-Christmas-Blast/9946

Don't know if I'll get this one, but I do have one DVD with that on the disk I got last Christmas for only a few bucks from a Walgreens, with one Christmas episode, and three Sonic Underground episodes.

*shudders* I think I'll settle for the VHS I have; and only then to say I have another piece of Sonic memorabilia.

Not a fan at all of Christmas Blast. Maybe it's the corny plot that I was able to tolerate as a kid but not now, or not understanding why they tried to combine SatAM elements (okay, so only Sally and Sonic's running sound) into AoStH, but Christmas Blast was like getting teeth pulled.

Though speaking of AoStH, was the second volume ever released? I still have yet to finish watching through the first one, but I do know how they weren't the easiest things to find in stores.

I have to say I've not seen it myself. Not sure I'm too bothered either, to be honest. But I think the DVD is not just Sonic, there's some other DiC Christmas specials on there as well.

I just wandered to Shout! Factory's home page. After being scarred by an ad for part 2 of Sonic Underground, with bonus CD of Sonic tunes (I really don't think those will be something like Toot Toot Sonic Warrior...), I could only find one volume of AoStH, finishing with the ep "Pseudo Sonic".

Sounds like you guys need multi-region players, then you can buy the UK complete series smile Forgive me, but every so often it's nice to be the country that gets stuff first wink *grumble growl Man from UNCLE & Get Smart! grumble growl*

Update to Sea Salt Ice Cream's query:

http://www.tvshowsondvd.com/news/Adventures-Sonic-Hedgehog-Volume-2/10155

Volume 2 now has a release date of December 9th, according to TV Shows on DVD and Amazon. Maybe Shout had been too busy with Sam & Max and their new rights to MST3K?
