Ignoring everything around him and feeling the pain on his body, Hiai stands back on his feet and catches his wooden log as it flied to him. At this same moment he takes tree simple steps and jumps high in the air holding his sword in a high stance. His movement appears to be a simple cut in half attack however as he was landing he simply moves his sword to the side to elude her defense and hits her right in the rips with his sword. This was a really weird form of attack that had no logic to most people, the whole landing idea was suppose to be used for over powering the enemies defense and slicing it in half or simply take the enemy by surprise and cut it in half.

Mahiro was indeed suprised by the attack as she tryed to defend herself by placing the sword verticaly over her head and holding it with both hands. However his movement was just wrong, something a person with knowledge in swordsmanshi would never do. Reciving the hard hit on her rips she says: "I give..." She closes her eyes and lowers her face in shame as she holds the right side of her core. "How strong have you become..." she thought breathing hard and looking at the small droops of blood touch the ground. "You...can go on to the next class...theres nothing I can teach you...just continue your training on your own..."

"Passing in just one class...either I am bless or something is wrong here..." Taking his huge metal log he says: "Well then I will be in the forest training my zanjutsu...you should ask the medic team to heal your rips, I hold myself back so I didn't damage any organs inside your body..." Placing his huge log over his shoulder he starts walking away from his childhood friend and now teacher. Lots of thoughts ran through his mind as he walked away. How strong was him and was becoming a shinigami the right thing ? That and many other things continued to run through his mind.

Mahiro slowly stands resisting the pain and slowly turns to him. "You know Hiai...I knew you would become stronger sooner or later...however...you are not the only one that is doing his best to avenge our family...you know that and you know I am behind you the one hundred percent...just try not to do something you might repent yourself off...please..." She spoke as she holds herself from crying or doing something as stupid as running to him and hug him. Turning to look at her other student she says: "Come...you are next even as I have a little handicap..."

Stopping for a second just to listen to her words he says: "I know...and I understand however...I already decided my path...I swear I was going to live for that man who saved us, I devoted my life to him and I became a rising dragon just to make him notice me. You know my life is no longer mine alone...I will get my revenge and I will become strong enough to meet Yamamoto-dono expectations...by my own bleeding hands...now I shall say farewell for now...I am going to the next class which is kidou..." Before leaving the room he bows to his sempai and says: "I wish you good luck in your training, also I hope you can still walk when this training ends..."

Rui rose to this feet and placed his sword on his left hilt. He stood in front of her with his green eyes peering into her's. The spar between the two as immense, and they were both talented. He was about to test his strength against hers... however she was injured but he thought it best not to degrade her will.
"I don't think it's nessesary for me to use a wooden sword..."
Rui paused for a quick moment and slowly drew the blade from it's sheath
"For you see, my zanpakkuto's blade is on the wrong side..."
The blade reflected with a bright light. The edge had never been used and the sword was flawless. He sighed and shook his head slightly. He still didn't understand why it was like that however, he sheathed the blade once again and took his stance. Placing his right foot forward point perpendicular to her body while stretching his left foot back behind him. It looked like he was taking a stride. His body toqured so that it was mostly his shoulder that faced her. Rui put more pressure on his forward foot and placed his right hand slightly over the hilt of his sword.
"I'm ready when ever you are"

Mahiro let go of her boken and draws her small Kodashi. Standing in a possition that seemed similar to the one ninjas use when holding their ninja to she flexes her knees and scans his blade. "Huh, reverse blade sword ?" A smirk forms on her face as she says: "A very peculiar sword we have huh ?" She winks at the young man and sharpens the grip of her sword. "Come at any moment you want..." She was ready as always, wounded but still stromng enough to take an army or so. She was still worried about her brother and what lied in front of him.
