Hmm. I like "I Can't Stop Loving You" by Row Takakura... which is like fantasy/ romance.
And "Man's Best Friend" [aka Inu Mo Arukeba] by Kazusa Takashima... which is sortof fantasy/ romance also.
And "Junjo Romantica" by Shungiku Nakamura.. which is a romance.

I just read Jazz, Selfish Love, and Fake Fur. they all had really great stories and good x-rated scenes but i did not like how they censored the x-rated scenes because everyone already knows whats happening so they might as well show it.

Yellow is a really good one to read. Another one that I have read is Invisible Boy, there's only two volumes of it out currently. If you want a list a yaoi comics go to June manga ((there's an accent over the e)) they have a whole bunch of different comics listed there.
