I go with those that were listed above, at this time LKH hasn't gone into detail with them, so I am guessing there is only those that are still alive. Or she just hasn't thought the rest of them were important enough to mention. I would like to hear more about them in the future...

What you also have to remember is that it is harder to actually contract the leopard version, or well any feline version of the lycanthropy.
Wolves, Rats, & Hyenas are contagious with just a minor scratch, just a break of skin. But with the feline versions, you could rip someone to shreds and still have the possibility of the lycanthropy not taking.
Remember there was only one tiger and like two or three lions in town.
