Felicity smiled "well she only really hunts for her food some times. She's more of a look out when i'm hunting."
She said gently fussing joy, who was happly preening herself.
"It was Mom who though of the name when i came back one day. I said it was a joy to see her while hunting. and mom said it was her way of showing me her name."
((*chuckles* for my "before I can remember" line ))

Peir got the impression that this mom of Felicity's was an odd one. At least odd in his book. "Ah, I see," he said. He'd only known one other hawker and he certainly didn't have the same sort of relationship with his hawk as Felicity did. It was more of a master to servent relationship. But Felicity... he wondered if she considered the bird a friend.
Now he reached a dilema. He really hadn't been paying attention when he'd walked out this far and had no reason to still be here... except that he just didn't want to leave yet. "Hm... so..." He'd never felt so akward. "Your mom sounds very interesting." He finally managed to say something.

Felicity went ridiged for a second thinking quickly "she's .....Diffrent. But she still takes care of us."
Felicity concentrated on joy for a moment She didn't want to say her 'mom' wasn't a taur. She knew that most taurs didn't aprove of other species, taur or not, taking care of there own.
She could still remember the hatefull stares when she had gone through town with Jael, her adopted wolftaur sister.
Quickly she decided to turn the attention on him. Looking up she smiled "do you have any family?" she paused before adding quickly "or somone you live with?"

He shuffled his hooves a bit before answering. "It's a bit of an... odd situation actually." His face flushed to remember his real parents who had done all but disown him. "Well, no one else lives there, but my... guardian comes by boat every month to check on me. Azure and Kit come to visit... sometimes..." He wondered if they'd even come the next time Poet scheduled her arrival. "But I haven't seen my mother in a long time..." he added.

"It seems like for ever" Felicity put her free hand over her mouth just after the words sliped out. ~DANG~ giving a quick sigh she continued , knowing it would be easer if he knew.
"My mom isn't my real mom she just took me in when i was little."
Joy ruffled her feathers and Felicity moved her arm out so she could take off. Watching her leave she continued softly "The last think my mom said to me was 'wait here' and she just never came back."

"It seems like forever." He nodded, "Yes..." And then looked at her. After she explained he smiled, "I'm sure she meant to come back, Felicity." Which was more than he could say for his mother. "My mother... told me to leave. I was an emberassment to her."

Felicity sighed but shook her head. Her mother had never ment to come back for her Felicity had watched as her mother climed abord the boat with the rest of her family and they set out back home. Her mother looked Happy to leave her there.
After along scilence felicity begain to chuckle
"Well i guess it's one thing we have in commen. Family problems"

"Yeah," Peir said quietly, rubbing the back of his neck again as an akward silence snuck in once more. He looked away some and noticed the sun's angle, odd that the time of day would tell him it was time to eat before his stomach ever would.
He almost invited Felicity to come back with him for a quick hunt and lunch, but remembered her saying she couldn't go past the tree line. Well that only left... "Do you like fish? I thought I might get something to eat soon..." He knew nothing about fishing though. Azure did it all the time, he wished he'd asked her about it.

"oh yes i love fish but sadly all the best fish have gone to deeper waters." Felicity looked up "oh i hadn't notied how late it had gotten."
Quickly she gathered up her stuff into her bag. One last glance over the sand ment she hadn't let anything.
"um I have to go cook for the little monsters." felicity chuckled before shyly adding " you can join us if you like. Were having Wareret and geraa with rots and herbs."
Suddnly the sand at her hoof had become the center of her attention as she gently moved it back and forth
((Wareret = A large rabit size simmler to a lamb. Geraa= A mountain rodent same size of a large dog.
I just made them up xp ))

"Oh," he said. Azure would have known that, he told himself glumly. He'd never really cared about fishing until today though, he prefered hunting.
"S-sounds good," he said quickly. "I can help out if... if you need any help." She didn't seem much older than him... but these 'little monsters'... she didn't have kids, did she?

Felicitys head snapped up quickly smiling "That would be great every thing gets a bit crazy around meal times. But mom tought me to cook so i could help out when she was away for long times. "
Slowly she started walking up the beach looking over her shoulder she motioned for him to follow.
Walking up the beach it slowly turned to grass and just behind a row of trees was a large looking camp.
A Long 'tent' Stretched along one side asross from the fire was another large tent this one slightly smaller then the first. The last straight across was the Largest of them all. In front of the door sat about three smaller taurs and blue wolf.
Felicity stoped just out of sight and motioned Peir closer.
"Well theres the bunch of little monsters. I'll give you a quick run through before we go in other wise we wont get anything done." she said pointing to the small group.
"the small wolftaur is Jael, she's only here till her farther comes back from some fude or summing, the one with long blue hair is Nessa, and the one with brown hair is Logan."
From this distance you could tell they were all diffrent and she really didn't know how he would react.
((i'm not going to RP the 'kids' there there just to cause a nusence. ^^))

Peir didn't know whether or not to be releived when he saw the small 'taurs. None were cervi, so they couldn't possibly be her children. He didn't even consider mixed breedings, or else he could still have wondered if they were hers. "Are there any others," he asked nervousely. He really wasn't very good with kids and was visibly worried. He hadn't even noticed yet the horn atop the girl's head, or that Logan had only two limbs, marking him as a minotaur.

Felicity smiled. "well theres Galen & Fay , there twin cervi's. There out gathering at the moment though. Fay went into the woods and Galen went into the hills."
Standing up she noticed that the large blue wolf was walking towards them.
"oh and of course theres mother."

Out gathering, and on their own... That made the twins too old to be offspring of Felicity. He seemed to breath a sigh of releaf, but then noticed the blue wolf. He felt angry with himself for not seeing it sooner, he just had been too wrapped up in his own thoughts about...
He gripped his walking stick menicingly and took a few steps and moved as though he would shield Felicity. He'd never seen a wolf quite this shade of blue, it was odd and made him hesitate before saying, "W-what is a wolf doing within the camp? Aren't you worried, Felicity?"

Felicity felt very strange for a moment when he'd moved forward to 'protect her' from the approching wolf but she had to surpressed a slight chuckkle when he as if she was worried.
moving past him slightly she Hugged the large wolf who had now stopped in front of them.
"Peir this is my mother. Mink."
Mink eyes rolled over him but with a slight wolfish smile se spoke.
"You are welcome here.if you wish. This is a safe place for all who need it."
Felicity blushed slightly as the wolf nuzzled her cheak and wanderd off into the forrest.
((And i'm gone XD *Trips over her tail on the way out* ninja no one saw that))
