As the sand reaches and hits Gakh-Ghigh, the air around him very briefly blurs a bit to show his head following Marius (and thus pointing away from the sand), but as he begins to raise his arm (presumably to shield his face) the blur fades and he once more appears to be standing passive and still. Not for long, though, as after a moment he appears to begin rushing at Marius.

Marius Uriel watched as the sand, which would be simulating high speed, dense winds in their movements, obviously, due to physics; and saw that it had appearingly no affect on his opponent.
Deciding that it was about time the two began to fight, Marius and his mimic smiled identical smiles and dropped into identical battle stances. The third mimic was merely standing there in mocked pain, attempting to stifle blood from his arm.
As Marius stood in the battle stance, he was raising his power levels to be high enough for his first form transformation- which would take mere moments to take place in the very essence of time that he needed it.

The orc once more stands still, seemingly unheeding of this threat.

In accordance with tournament policy:
Gahk times out. Marius Uriel wins and advances.
Rescinded, but keep the posting happening.

Marius Uriel, fed up with his opponent's spasmodic behavior, and deciding not to underestimate, but rather, merely destroy his opponent immediately if the judges did not call in his favour, on the rule infraction he'd noticed.
Immediately, he transformed, appearing almost exactly the same, but being much stronger. He'd now be powerful enough to pull off the first stage of his most powerful move, if needed.
Marius then stood there once again, wondering why the orc had rushed him and then once more stood still. Did it have ADD? Was it retarded? Perhaps it was some unknown plague to Marius.

With his limited senses, the half-orc is nevertheless able to sense a change in his opponent, and knows that with his trump card already useless, he will accomplish nothing more but damaging himself by continuing this fight. The illusion briefly and visibly fades as the orc drops his club, raises an arm, and yells "I forfeit this match to my opponent". He then reaches down, picks up the club, and strolls toward the exit. Even as he does so, his appearance changes again with the resurgence of the illusion, making him look human and making it appear as though he carried merely a small cane.

Marius stared at his opponent as it exited the ring, then let down his waver and dismissed the mimics. The whipping sands fell to the ground in a silent whoosh, and Marius was left standing there, stumped.
Is that it?
Marius merely bowed his opponent's retreating frame, before turning to the crowd and smiling.

He sat quietly, trying to think of that movie..... oh yea. Schindler's List. Where it proves that thew truely powerful one is the one who choses to let the weaker live.
Which is funny..... because he thought they'd both almost die..... only the orc would live long enough to victory..... only seconds longer than Marius. Sad it quit.
