Children. Cubs. Blood of his own. The thought had never crossed his mind, probably because he had never met a lion he could start a family with, yet the possibility of children was one, now, that he did want. He would have a family of his own evenually.
"I have never really thought of Children before. It would be wonderous to have my own family, though I suppose I have all the time in the world to search for one." He answered back.

"Yeah, all the time in the world." She smiled faintly, the gesture not quite reaching her eyes, not that he'd be able to tell from a sideways glance anyway.
"Well... here's my cavern."
What a convinently timed attention shift! They approached rockier ground. Further down into the dark the surface becoming more porus from the wear of the spray of a smaller waterfall. Thankfully most of the walking area was thickly covered in mosses. It was a long drop, a painful fall for a mortal, deadly even, but the odds of one getting up here were slim. For them, also, it was a simple matter of leaping, letting flight take over.
That's just what she did, too, spreading her wings as she went first to slow the descent. Just as she'd promised the cavern had a beautiful view of the night sky, the moonlight brightly illuminating the crooked gaping circle that marked the entrance, and peeked through various holes in the rock. It riddled the inner walls with beacons of light that almost resembled stars themselves against the blackened wall.
Once again Kiva made room for Kweupe, taking in the familiar scent of "home" as her nose flared. She hoped that one day it wouldn't seem so lonely, even though it was right in the heart of her pride's lands.

He followed her into her 'home' using his wings to guide himself down, positioning himself next to her. His purple eyes traced her body, over her wings. She was beautiful, especially in the darkness. He lent forward to her, smelling her soft fur with his nose. "It has been along time... since I have spent the night with another," He spoke softly, his voice low and enchanting, as he lent forward and nuzzled her quickley.
His tail twitched in anticipation to what he hoped would come.

Kiva tensed abruptly in a true show of feline-surprise, startled at first by the sudden touch of his nose in her fur, but when she realized that it was just Kweupe, she both relaxed and grew uncertain. She'd been with very few males in her lifetime, even before her recent reincarnation. Suddenly she remembered Kiamba and Ororo, then, too, and for a moment she tensed again along with her constricting heart.
~No... this is for the best. They'd be happier with mortal lionesses.~
And who knew, maybe commiting herself to another, even if just tonight, would be the first step needed to develop the courage to right things again. The reasoning seemed illogical at best to her heart, but she had convinced herself already that she'd do this. Limbuko had said love was supposed to be fleeting and gentle, and Kweupe seemed nothing if not both. Why not?
She slowly eased back into a more relaxed state again, her heartrate climbing with a similar anticipation as she swallowed her jitters and turned her head in to nuzzle against his in return, a shy, rumbling "purr" building in her throat.

The purr was all he needed as he continued to proceed, nuzzling her, purring deeper and deeper. He licked her nose and with his weight and paws, lowered her to the ground, allowing himself to be in control. He liked her futher, letting out deep purrs and growls as he proceeded.
