No! You need to find a mod who'll fix it... because it doesn't make sense to just let someone abuse their powers based on how they feel, instead of adhering to the rules set down for the site... stressed

Well, Ve. I had Princess (PiercedPrincess, my fiance, a purple mod for those who don't know) look into it, and you didn't get banned for being rude. You just got banned because it was that serious. It seems that the likeness is so similar, and that is why your auction was pulled. Your banning was pretty much a followup by a green mod.
Believe me guys and gals, it wasn't abuse of power... there are so many steps to get a person banned... they just don't like something as serious as even possible art theft... Gaia could get sued for that. 3nodding
I would have her talk to Noraboo (a green mod who does a HELL of a lot of work on Gaia), but it wouldn't do any good. neutral

Yeah well it sucks. I didn't steal anything.
I mean, I had it up as a comparison in front of a class and they all commented about how different it was. But I am pretty much done discussing it, what happened happned. Whatever. It was a completely different medium and I was completely unaware that it would even be constured as stealing. I am done.

Yeah, I wouldn't have thought it either. But they probably just see it as too close to the same... neutral
Princess told me that even if you "eyeball" a pic (basically redrawing a pic by another artist), it is wayyy bad... stressed
I even read over the rules of the forum, and didn't understand why it got pulled, but yeah... I'll quit carrying on. sweatdrop

I mean, c'mon... ya gotta be picky these days... ...and hey, you know what I've never understood...? How those serial killers who go around killing people together... man, how do they like... decide they're gonna do that? Two guys sitting on the couch, drinkin' an import, and watchin' the game "Hey... you know what'd be completely awesome?" "What's that, Dave?" "Dude, we should so totally go out tonight, and kill someone together..." "hm....." "Oh, c'mon! you know it'd be fun!" "I s'pose you have a point there......" I.... I don't know, it just doesn't seem like it would happen.... ever...
