As for the one asking for advice, if you are thinking about abortion, its better to do it early then too late. As much fear as you have in you, its better to have her see a doctor. seriously, if she took an over the counter test and it came back positive, you have to start taking responsibility for what is going on. And for future reference if you arent ready for the responsibility, wait, and always have some form of protection just in case. /2cents The deal is you have to say I have a choice. Then be Man or Woman enough to stand the pressure. If not then you will be just one of the masses. My challege is are you Man or Woman enough to swim agaist the current? im dont really like how you made that statement as if hes man or woman enough, because thats kinda sexist. It matters if you can take responsibility for your actions as a mature human being, if your not ready for the concequences then by all means wait, but at least have some form of knowledge and protection for when you decided to have intercourse, if you feel you have failed in this, you have to like i said already take responsibilty, you know what you need to do in a situation like this, what matters is will you take that resposibility in front of you.

Well, having sex before marriage is a sin. I would break it gently to your parents, or some adult you trust and then your parents. Tell them that you don't know if she's pregnant yet, and tell them the news as soon as you know. As for persuading you're girlfriend. Try right after youth group. Ask her how she felt about it or something and try to let it just come up in the conversation. Also I don't believe in abortions. I think adoption's better, because there are some couples who aren't able to have children and would love to adopt.

One thing:
As a Christian, and you saying you are one, why on earth were you breaking the commandments?! what kind of example is that to your girlfriend? Flaunting God's laws?! I'm angry. I am so angry right now I can't...
What on earth were you thinking? Who cares if you love her?! Did God say, "If you really love her, you don't need to marry her, screw away!!" NO! He did not! He said that you were to marry before having sex.
I hope to God she's nto pregnant, because that's terrible. That is beyond terrible. You want to know how to bring her to Christ? How about acting like you believe in God and Christ, and like you are a God-fearing Christian.
Do you have any idea how tempting it is, I'm sure you would, if you hadn't given in. YOu have sinned. And...to be honest, I've never considered myself one of those 'scary' Christians, but this...this angers me. And no one is calling you on it, or I'd let it go.
You should not have done this, you should have known better. How can you say you want to bring her to Christ if you can't do the most basic things to show her what a Christian is? ... one of the most powerful ministry tools is your own life and your actions. You can say you follow the commandments, but you just screwed your g/f. >... I just... Im' sorry, hate me all you want, but someone needed to say it.
and again, although, I 'approve' of womens rights to choose abortion or whatever, i do not think that extends to christians. YOU KNOW that this baby, if its a baby, is a CHILD OF GOD. and one that shouldn't exist at all. How dare you...? There are plenty of places for adoption, and fosterhomes. Don't you dare kill that baby. Own up to your mistakes, and there probabyl is no baby. whoever said girls are paranoid... i dont know. I have friends who...do things i dont agree with, and they've never been like that...but... For God's sake, what do you believe? have yo ueven PRAYED about this?

Abstinance has a 100% success rate. To say other wise would be tantamount to me saying that condoms have extremely low success rates when you don't use them.
