My money is on a new character, I would go as far to say maybe Sedit's dad or long lost family member who's out to get him or something. Weirder things have happened.

Maybe it is Damion because Terizan did say he knew him... But tis jsut a guess...
Edit: Yet again Damion's eyes are red and if you look close enough the guy in the cloak has yellow eyes.

its damian for sure u cant see his hair and as for why he wants to be the strongest in the universe or somthing hes a vampire right cause mabey its if he drinks sedits blood he'll gain his powers

id say that chances are that its a new character, probably someone that will show up repeatedly in sedit's story once it gets more built. god and db only know who it is, or mabey db actually doesnt know either, i know lots of people who write books and stuff and have no idea where its going untill the end... ninja
