I'm cheap like that. I need to find a place to store my precious Lolita clothing. I dun want it ruined in my dresser. D: But this is a good idea and I'll take some pictures of my stuff when I'm done. : DD~

Unless they're corset or stockings, I hang them up in my closet.
For my Meta clothing, I'm using the hangers and plastic clothes protectors that came with them.
For the ones that didn't come with such goodies, well. I use plastic hangers. Wire hangers can potentially ruin the fabrics. D:

Whenever you get the chance, buy those fabric plsuh hangers. And some garment protectors.
I think The Victorian Trading Co. still carries some of both.
Hmmm...apparently those are catalog order only. D:
But these are helpful (although expensive):

This thread makes me excited. X3 It can be confusing for some when creating a lolita wardrobe. Thank you very much for it! (^O^)/~♥♥♥

That's what I was thinking.
But in my fashion class, we had an assignment where we had to organize our closets and figure out how efficient out wardrobe is. I realized that many lolis pro'lly have a problem with their own "closet monster" and don't have the right clothes or enough clothes.
And after all of the information is finished I'd like to see the wardrobes everyone has created. ^_^

Lol, so you mean a picture post for us? Awesome. ^_^

One of my friends has a picture of me wearing that, but it has the collar on. D:
Without the collar the shirt is basically like one of those peasant blouses, almost coming off the shoulders even. ^^; It's not fitted nor is it made out of stretchy material, although the top part of the top does have elastic in it. I'm going on vacation next week and that's a good excuse to take pictures. I'll be bringing most of my outfits with me, although I'm not sure how hiking in the mountains is going to work with lolita. D: In fact...I'm not sure how it's going to work with ANY of my clothes. ;-;
I know from living in a beach town that lolita on the beach is not practical...

This thread was a great idea! I found it very helpful, and while going through all my clothes I found some stuff I could use for Lolita that I never knew I had. whee

After discovering those new things, I have five dresses, six shirts, three skirts, one jacket, one cloak, one pair of bloomers (need...more....bloomies!!!), and three petticoats. I also have three lacey "overdresses" as I have dubbed them. (All they're made out of is lace, so it would be HIGHLY inappropriate to wear them by themselves, but when worn over a dress they look darling. 3nodding )
