Lightning blushed slightly. He got scared too easily! The stallions ears rotated a little from thier 'Mountian lion attack!' spot, facing Halloween now. "It's okay, I got a little deep in thought too." He grinned sheepishly, and nudged her playfully. "So, what do you want to do now?"

Halloween's smile brightened a bit and she pondered on what they could do now. "I know of this peaceful little stream with a little waterfall a little further into the woods. We could go there and get a drink. I'm getting a little parched." Halloween replied. The waterfall was one the best places in the forest besides the large meadow farther in where very few Soquili ever went.

Lightning grinned, and wandered out of the dense clump of trees. "The waterfall sounds really good right now.." He, too, was parched, with his tongue stuck to the roof of his mouth. "Well, that was fun." The stallion added. "So, uhm, you lead the way?" His grin widened, as he looked at a small squirell. That would be fun to chase.. after some water..

Halloween giggled at Lightning's comment and motioned to an area that went deeper into the forest and came closer to the mountain regions. "I'm rather surprised at how few Soquili actually come into this area. It's so lovely." Halloween comented as she walked. The light coming down from between the leaves and foilage sent little shapes of light all over Halloween's multi colored body making it look as though little animals were crawling on her. It didn't take long to reach the little stream Halloween had spoken of. The stream was just barely wide enough for a Soquili to place all four hooves in the water when walking down the stream. The only sounds were those of birds singing in the trees as Halloween approached the bank of the stream and bent her neck to drink.

Grinning, Lightning followed her quietly, gazing at her glittering coat. "Wow..." Was his only comment as he looked upon the small haven they had just entered. "It's.. beautiful here!" The stallion's grin widened, and he charged into the stream, splashing about everywhere as he drank noisily. "So, how did you find this place?" He asked, between mouthfulls of water. It was so wonderful here! Light gazed at his surroundings, suddenly quiet with amazment.

Halloween shook the bit of water from her coat that had been splashed up and giggled at Lightning's silent aw. "Exploring. Got lucky with this one." Halloween replied as she looked around the area surrounding the creek. It was a simply peaceful place almost like heaven on earth. "This of course isn't the only place I know of in the forest. If you start wandering out here you'd be amazed by some of the beauty it holds." Halloween said looking at Lightning as she spoke her last sentence.

"Cool!" Lightning grinned, and splashed Halloween gently. Getting Halloween's last sentence, he couldn't help but try to make her laugh again. Seriousness was stupid. "You mean, like meee?" The stallion flipped his mane around, sensind water droplets flying as he batted his eyelashes, before collapsing into a pile of childish giggles. "Can't forget you, either!" He said, winking. "But yeah.. this place is pretty great.." Lightning said, a little more sober.

Halloween couldn't help but smile at Lightning's comment. "Yeah exactly like you." Halloween replied with a giggle while shaking the water droplets from her body. After a moment Halloween bent for another drink and then looked back to Lightning. "Feel up for some exploring of our own?" Halloween asked with a sweet smile.

Lightning grinned, and winked at her. "Why, thankyou kind miss!" He said, in a cowboy accent. The stallion's eye's lit up. "Exploring?" His body wiggled with excitement. Exploring would be incredible! "Uhhm.. it wouldn't involve any graveyards though, would it?" He had heard of the two leggers graveyard, and it sounded really scary. "If we avoid that, then sure! I would love to!"

Halloween's ears perked high seeing Lightning's excited wiggling and then she giggled. "No graveyards. Promise." She replied and then trotted around Lightning once and jumped across the creek and back before coming a stop next to Lightning. "Shall we good sir?" She asked using the same type of cowboyish accent as he had but makes it more feminine.

Lightning smiled happily. "Okay then!" His happiness was infectous. Watching Halloween, he grinned, and cheered her on. "I think we shall, M'lady." His accent still very western. "Well, where do you want to start?" He asked her before idly trotting in circles around her.

Halloween nickered at Lightning and pondered on where they might could explore. "I know the best place! I haven't been there myself yet." Halloween explained. "It's an area that is just myth but is said to hold some of the most delicious apples and beautiful waterfalls." Halloween said with a bright grin. "Wanna try finding it?"

Lightning pranced in place. "Apples, eh?" He grinned and bounded up to her. "I'd love that!" The stallion stopped and blinked. "Uhmm.. where do we start?" Light had a blank look on his face. "Uhmm.. Maybe it's in the forest...?" He smiled, and nuzzled her lightly, excited for an adventure.

Halloween shook her head slightly and then returned Lightning's nuzzle. "That was my thought too. It's easier to hide something in the forest especially if you don't want anyone to find it." Halloween replied as she thought on good hiding places she had found before. "Lets try towards the mountains. There are some great areas out there to hide big things." Halloween stated as her excitement of a good adventure with Lightning was starting to get to her and she trembled with excitement.
