His ears perked upwards as the godess replicated the motion and brushed against him, stirring up his emotions and sending a swell of affection to pour out upon her. The once taunt and frazzled adolescent was, to say the least, at peace with himself and, thankfully, with Kiva. The troublesome burdens that had plauged him like a reoccuring nightmare were lifted and his stomach settled with a comfortable feeling. Overall, Ororo'Lisani felt, well- lighter.
"It's not me; it's my words that are the charmers. They drown you in their sweet talk and let my senses run wild. But you...Kiva, I've been waiting for a moment like this. I've wanted to tell you for so long how I felt but words such as these can't always slide smoothly off the tounge. You gave me a chance and for that I will be eternally greatful for."
Settling down next to her, Lisani displayed a relaxed smile as he nuzzled against her and continued to purr with vigor and vim.
"My heart is yours."

Kiva's expression slowly eased back into one of worry as she settled down beside him as well, moving to rest her head on his s shoulder again.
"Lisani...?"

He quirked an eyes at the change of her expresion and the dissapated fears seemed to overtake him. His heart surged within his chest as he flattened his ears and closed his eyes.
These words...they were proving to be more treacherous than helpful.
He didn't want to loose Kiva...no, his paper heart would certainly bleed.
"I-I said something wrong, didn't I? Forgive me....I'm not always the best to convey my emotions when fear still grips my heart."

"No, no, it's not that." She reassured, looking at him quickly to reassure and reaching a paw over to paw at one of his. "It's just... I'm worried about how your brother will take it.... and the Pride... it's..... not exactly smiled upon for gods and mortalsto mingle like this." She added, leaning her head against his.

A pink hue of blush rushed up upon his cheeks as relief and tranquility settled upon him once again, whisking away the fears and concerns that his "smooth Tounge" had traversed upon rocks and tumultious sayings. As Kiva reached over and toppled her paw atop his own, Ororo smiled yet a hint of concern was clearly visible upon his maw.
Replicating her motion and leaning tenderly against her, Lisani glimpsed towards her as he gave his own reassurance with a smile and nuzzled against her.
"Whatever happens and whoever seeks to oppose our love will have to learn to stand with us or against us. I promise you, Kiva, that whatever happens I will be a safehaven and your protector. This love, these binding emotions are unbreakable; they can try to stop us but love conquers all."

She finally smiled, he just made it sound so simple and she believed him when he said it, in fact, why had she been so pessimistic in the first place?
"I guess this means your wish came true after all..."

His ears suddenly perked upwards as a dumbfounded smile seized his lips. Ororo'Lisani chuckled softly as he nestled closer towards Kiva and brushed up against her.
"Strength only served in aid for my real wish," he replied with a soothing voice as he turned towards the godess with softened, ocher eyes. "My real wish was to have the courage to admit my undying love to you. And you know what? It came true."

She smiled softly at that, meeting his eyes with her own, glad that for once she had someone she could lean on in return... it was an indescribeable feeling...
"I'm glad... and I love you too..."

Love.
He never imagined that his ears would partake of anyone that would speak such a treasured word to him. Ororo's heart nearly skipped a beat as a wide-spread smile graced his maw.
"Forever, Kiva, I am and will be yours."

Forever.... if only forever could last forever.... but she wouldn't think about that now, they had many years ahead of them yet, and they'd take them month by month, week by week, day by day and moment by moment. Kiva's head shifted to rest on his forepaws, her wing stretching out and over his back while moving in closer until their sides touched. It felt wonderful to have contact with another in such a way.

Watching as Kiva shifted and laid her head to rest upon his forepaws, Ororo smiled as he nuzzled and rested his head aside hers and purred in a soothing manner.
This is what it felt to be able to communicate deeply rooted affection and speak of love with another, these light-hearted sensational feelings were what composed love? At last! He knew of what "love" was; thought it was not something one could hold wiithin ones paw or claws, love was something that could testify to the replicated emotions that were mirrored between a couple. These emotions, these experiences were nothing Lisani had ever imagined!
Intaking a deep breath and exhaling with a relaxed nature, the adolescent closed his eyes and brushed his muzzle against hers.
"This is only the begining...."he whispered with a hushed voice. "The begining of a new adventure together."

"Hmm..." She smiled, brushing her head against his again as contentment buried and overlapped the guilt of before. "I like the sound of that..."
