Luckily enough, I own a PS1 and a PS2, so I could just play my PS1 games on the PS1, and leave the cards in their respective systems. smile

I keep my PS1 memory card in the console, just incase I feel the urge to play FF7, but I can see how that would drive you nuts.

Well, actaully that's never happened to me. The PS2 game boxes have memory card holders, so I keep both my PS2 memorycards in two games I play a lot, and I keep my PS1 memory cards in this holder that came with one of them. Yep. That seems like it would suck. But when you start a game it usually askes about your memory card. Sorry<3

Aquanea I usually keep my ps1 save card in my ps2's second card slot so I've never had that problem before. x.x same here, ps1 in the second card slot and ps2 in the first one. (because of that stupid a** autosave feature)

That's never happened me. I always kept my PS1 memory cards with the PS2 because I knew before hand that you can't save a PS1 game on a PS2 card. smile

I've had that happen to me before and ended up yelling at my ps2. What I really hate is when it's time for me to save and the memory card is full and I don't have another one. It happened to me when a friend lent me Suikoden II; we'd been playing for around 4 hours when she lost a fight. It happened to me again a couple weeks ago when I came to college and had one memory card that had to be full when I wanted to save in Chrono Trigger.

Wow...guess that shows how long it's been since I've played a PS1 game; I didn't realize that you couldn't save one of those on a PS2 memory card!
