Sat 18 Jun 2005:

Started the class off with a quick jog and some light stretching. Moved on to doing some kick drills. Did some balance exercises with Bencao (stopping the leg in the middle of the kick and balancing for a few seconds - intention: working on control). Later moved on to doing some acrobatic spotting exercises: One person goes on their hands-and-knees, and the other does a forward hand spring perpendicularly over their back. Then we did some Rasteira and Meia-Lua de Compasso drilling, then worked on putting the two together as partners. No Roda, tonight. Not enough time.
