Phib nodded his head appreciatively, and circled the corner of his tail against the broadside of his hips. “That we do have use for- although if you do wish to nursemaid, you should see Naib about some instruction.” He paused for a moment. “Or, well- any of the older females.” It seemed ironic, but he wasn’t really sure why.
Perhaps someone could have accused the male of being impulsive. He did have a habit of having a rather broad admissions policy. But manning a large pack- that was what he was good at. Hell, that’d been what he was taught for. It didn’t seem wrong to him to take on as many willing personalities that were able. It didn’t seem likely he’d regret such an addition.

Calandra's jaw nearly opened in a wolfish grin, but at the last second she resisted the impulse. "Thank you, Alpha." Glancing at Cassidy, again, she reacted to another impulse. "If you don't much mind me asking, would you prefer I go back to the pack with you for introductions, or stand guard with Cassidy and let her inform me of pack basics?"
