I love the series by mercedes lackey called...Magics pawn...magics pirice...and a 3rd. Really good, about a herald named vanyel. I havn't read those in a long while....

Are those in the same series as Owl Knight, Owl Mage and Owl something else? I've read those three books and loved them.

i like the pendragon series.. the books are so awsome...i read all 7 in about 2 weeks anmd was addicted. im waiting for the last 3 books to come out now

hi, Im new to the guild.
Anyway I liked Artemis Fowl, broken sky, Deltora Quest, The Hobbit and...um wait Sorry, this is the series thread then strike the hobbit. I like the Dragon Lance series the ones written by Weis and Hickman are the best.

I love The Lord of the Rings. I don't think it's wordy, it's only hard to read and you must think a lot while reading. This isn't for everybody of course but I must admire the elaborate world Tolkien created. I think nobody else did something similar, that level of perfection and credibility. I also like Harry Potter. It's fun to read, it's much easier than LOTR but still clever. Now I'm reading Eldest. I quite like it but there's almost everything I've already read somewhere else.
