I read recently that you can make tea's with your crystals! I have not tried this get but I think this is a wonderfull idea. Basically you place the crystals you want to use in a pot of water on your stove and let it boil.
I think I would add complimentary herbs/teas/whatnot to add a little flavor wink
When done you just drink your crystal tea, and think about which properties you want to be helped with.

I have this odd obsession with tanzanite... I mean my engagement ring is even tananite!!! Is there any explanation of why I like it so much, or... what?... and what is it useful for, I know its on the list, but I'm way too tired to search for it, maybe I'll look another day when I'm not so tired, if no one is willing to just right out tell me. I really don't mind looking, but I'm exhausted tonight.

A search bar will pop up; just type in what you're looking for and it'll find it on the page for you. It' moi moi helpful!

When Ivy gets done bringing her favorite threads to the front she is going to go through and delete a lot of the threads she finds pointless and really not relating to Wicca or Paganism...

I have an affinity for phantom quartz and enhydros.
Phantom quartz is a crystal that stops growing, then an event happens and the crystal resumes growing, leaving a "phantom" of its termination point inside of the crystal.
Enhydros are quartz that have pockets of air/water inside of them. Usually there is an air bubble so that yopu can see the water moving in the crystal. smile

Do you have any info on selenium? I've got a huge 30 pound crystal and I'm not sure what to do with it. I think it has healing properties but I want to be sure.

wow, crystals! i've never done anything magickal with them, but they're fascinating things, and that list is amazing!! i should see if i can find some of those, now i want to learn all about them. this is the problem with interesting things, they make you want to spend the rest of your life discovering stuff you didn't know about them.

Is there a book you -- anyone -- can suggest about crystals? I've heard about their uses and I like the way amethyst looks. I'll ask the question and hopefully I won't insult anyone by doing so: do they really work?
