Papa is a little weird. Er. Well, not entirely weird, just different than what I expected. All the other Gaians I've seen have been bigger-sized, more like me. But Papa, he's tiny. He's doll-sized. ...though he's not as fun as a doll. He likes to play on the computer a lot and think smart things and play thinking games and stuff.
I think he'd be a good knight, except that he doesn't fight. He'd just be good at telling the knights how to fight and where and stuff. Papa says that's called a "Tactician" and he would very much like to do that if he'd been born in another century.
He talks about China a lot, too. And Melody. He likes music some which is fun, because he lets me listen to all kinds of pretty music.
I'd better go, though. I have lots and lots to do! There's a new book with my name on it!

Sierra was really cute! I met her yesterday, and she's this little owl chick. Her momma was funny-- she kept asking me to read from my book and all sorts of questions about fairies and stuff.
Which is fun, because I really like fairies and stuff! I was dressed up in my Princess outfit too, because I love princesses.
I wonder if Sierra wants to be a princess too? She liked my crown a lot! And she liked to listen to me reading. Maybe when she's bigger we can play pretend together!

It was dark out, and Ezri had thought that perhaps it might be fun to curl up with a good scary book. Papa had told her maybe it wasn't the best of ideas-- he really didn't want her waking him up terrified that night-- but, well, sometimes you just did things, even if Papa said they weren't good ideas.
The book didn't look like it'd be too bad anyhow. It was just about some dragons and a witch or two. She could handle that! But as her finger traced along the lines of text, she found herself huddling closer in her blanket.
She scooted a little closer to lamp so that she could see the text more brightly. The dragon was getting closer and closer...and the witches commanding it were really scary. Hideous. She could see them in her head. Maybe the dragon would eat them!
She shivered, setting the book down for a second and closing her eyes. She could stop reading now, but that was probably worse. Then she'd never know what happened. The dragon could be right around the corner, or the witches!
She pulled the book back up, getting lost in the pages once more. The dragons and the witches...and all the images swirled in front of her like a movie.
There was the slamming of a door, and she jumped up quickly in a cloud of fur,
"Eee!" she shrieked, looking about for a witch.
Well, close enough. Kairinia blinked, glaring at her openly,
"What's -your- problem?" she asked, then, without waiting for an answer, stalked off upstairs, stomping the whole way.
Ezri settled back into the chair, feeling a bit embarrassed for her outburst and ready to finish the book already. A few moments later, though, she was asleep in the chair with visions of dragons dancing through her head.

I met three boys today! They're nothing like Sierra was! Well, maybe just because they're bigger, though, but who knows?
Iamel was really nice. He sat down and started to help me with my beads, but then Jacosa and Akilah came in and they were going to play soccer, so I joined them.
They seem like lots of fun! I hope I see them again. I'd like to get to really play with them, too. I wonder if I could get them to play pretend with me?

Wow! It's been a while since I wrote in this! Everything's been really busy. Gramma Shiaree is doing a lot of renovating around the house, 'cause some of the kids have left and everything. She's around a lot more than she used to, too. She says Aquae is bigger now so she doesn't need her as much, so she's not in Tir Nan Og a lot anymore.
I wish -I- could go to Tir Nan Og. It sounds like a really cool place from what Gramma Shiaree says. Papa says it's pretty interesting, but then Papa doesn't find a lot of places really cool outside of the local game shop.
We're going to play Risk tonight. I think I might actually beat him this time! ...well, maybe not. Papa is so smart about Risk! He knows all sorts of cool things about fighting and wars and stuff. I don't know why-- I don't think he's ever really been in a war. But then again, I know lots about fairies and I'm not one!
Oh yeah! That reminds me! Gramma Shiaree's little pixie grew up! She was pretty cute as a baby, but now she's even cuter, I think! Her name is Iris. She's got bluuuue blue pigtails with purple tips and pretty rainbow wings! They're so soft and light looking. She's really hyper, though, but lots of fun.

Iris flitted around in front of the girl. The pixie was soft colours of the rainbow, a pastel shimmer of life. She was easily Ezri's favourite relative. Not only was she a pixie and therefore connected to the fantasy world the little red panda desperately wanted to be a part of, but she was really fun to be around.
The girl traipsed barefoot through the grass, following Iris as quickly as she could, though the pixie's tiny wings kept her flying far ahead. Still, it was a fun little escapade. The two of them were on a mission!

We found a necklace in the park yesterday. It's shiny and silver and really really pretty. I've taken to wearing it around my neck all the time because I really like it.
I think I've decided I don't want to be a princess afterall. I'd much rather be a knight! Then I can save people! Saving people would be a lot of fun, I think. If I were a knight, I don't think I'd wear the big heavy armor like some of them do. It'd be hard to walk around in that. I think I'd rather just have something simple, just a little bit of armor.
Maybe Iris will be a Knight with me. We can save the world together! That would be a lot of fun.
Ooh! Papa says we're going to play Risk again tonight. I'll beat him sometime!
