"Alright, follow me." He turned off the path, and into the tall grasses. He weaved through quickly, passing a few large boulders along the way. Then he came to a small waterhole, which seemed to be surrounding a den. He slowly padded through the shallow water and over to the opening of it. He spoke softly. "Mother, are you in there? I'd like you to meet a friend of mine." He peered in, awaiting a response.
Eyes lit up deep within the cave, and then the figure walked towards the opening. As the light shined onto her, the yellow and orange hues of her coat stood out. The older female stood at the mouth of the den and smiled instantly. "Kizamaji, is that you? I've been wondering where you wandered off to. Glad your home, son." She snuggled him lightly, and then walked out a few more inches, to look at the lioness he brought along.

"Ok," she agreed and followed him into the tall grass. Mtima's eyes went back and fourth over their surroundings, admiring the whole scenic walk to the den. When they arrived at the watering hole she even paused a moment to take in the little scene. She followed Kiza through the shallow water and paused behind him at the entrance to the den.
"Hm," she murmured to herself, her ears perking forward when Kizamaji's mother came close, and into the light. She could tell immediately that the lioness would be friendly, and leaned around Kiza to get a look. Her eyes lit up at the golden fur, and the affectionate words and actions.
"Hello," Mtima said politely, nodding to the lioness, "My name is Mtima'safi."

"Its nice to be able to meet you too, Mtima'safi. What a wonderful name." The lioness nodded excitingly, happy to see some guests around for once. "My name is Miamba." She looked into the female's eyes, and then to Kizamaji. "Kiza, how about you show this lovely lady around the Pridelands? Unless you'd like to stay here for a while?" She turned to the yellow female, and questioned her.
Kizamaji grinned, and looked back outside. "Umm ... .... mom, we'll be back later. I don't want it to get dark out without her seeing the pride." He turned around and started heading off. "We will come back here afterwards, just for you." He turned back, and smiled at her mother, and then continued on.

"It's wonderful to meet you, too," Mtima replied contently, pleased to see the happiness having visitors seemed to bring the lioness. She was particularly pleased to be looked in the eye, looking straight back with a keen interest. Her head turned to Kiza when his mother suggested a tour of the Pridelands, and she smiled.
"I was actually hoping to be shown around," she informed Miamba brightly, then she followed Kizamaji's gaze back outside. She smiled back at Miamba gratefully before following after the blue lion as he left the den.
"Where are we going first?" she asked curiously.

"First? hmm ... ... well, Pride rock is probably the most logical place to visit first, since the King's family lives there. Of course, theres no telling that they will be around, but thats fine anyways." Kizamaji padded off a bit, as they passed the waterhole near the den. He once again, weaved through the tall grasses, and back out to the main path. He then paused, and looked back. "Unless you have any where else in mind? Have you ever been in the Pridelands before?"

"Pride Rock?" Mtima repeated after Kiza thoughtfully. If the royal family lives up there, it might be a good place to start. It might also mean that it'd be busy, a good place to see others as well! She grinned and followed after him, following by the waterhole, through the grass and onto the main path.
"I think that would be a wonderful place to start," she announced when he looked back to her, "No, I haven't been to the Pridelands before." Even if it wasn't true, it wouldn't have been in any recent times.

"Alright, then. Lets start there -- shall we?" Kizamaji lept happily about, and headed towards Pride Rock. "Good."
