Another thing I've been thinking about is when you sin. Everytime you do that sin keep track of when, where, and how you did it. If you see a pattern say.... you do it every night before bed or something like that, try making that time a time for study and worship with God. This way you get more time to grow close to God and you help yourself from sinning more. Something to think about anyway.

[But still.. please consistently try to work hard to get rid of that sin!!]
Remember to just "stand" - Eph 6:10-20.

Thanks, guys.
I'm doing okay...I did it again last week, though. crying
I know God will forgive me, but what I don't have a truly repentant heart? The thing is, aren't we supposed to say that we'll never do it again? But if you think about it, you're going to sin again, so how does that work?
I'm going to try to set a goal. It's going to be really really really tough, but I really want to try to do it. I want to try to not do it at all after I turn sixteen, which is in a bit over a month. Maybe it sounds impossible, but I want to try it.
Please keep praying for me!

i'm struggling with this same sort of thing... i know how it feels to keep repenting for the same sin over and over and to keep on doing it. it makes me feel like a load of crap. and you can't be any more confused than i am. i'm only 13! it's so hard to be Jesus-like in school... stressed wow sorry that's off topic but you get the idea right?

Well, if it makes you feel any better, I believe Paul was always struggleing with the same sins, but he turned out ok. The main thing you have to keep in mind is to not let this sin interfere with your relationship with God. If you do, satan has already won. Its tough trying to live a holy life for God, but He knows what we can or can not do and He won't punish us unless He knows we'll be better for it in the end.

I feel the exact same way, ZoeeKitty! I'm about to be 16, and it's not any easier.
