Half demon because he is strong enought to fend for himself and the beats human
And he has control of himself
That beats demon
He is nice if you think about it
In his own kinda way
But that is just my opinion
There are many more out there too that are much better than mine
But yeah that is what I think

I like Inuyasha in his half demon form the most. His ears are so cute!!!! 4laugh He is also strong and I think he just looks way cooler. I also think his attitude is getting better as time goes on.
