InfernalPenguin Dias Amastacia I frequently get up to arbitrarily large life totals with my blue-green deck. There's an infinite creature combo with Intruder Alarm, Meloku, and Budoka Gardener - throw in Lifegift and you get infinite life too XDXDXD some1 actually pulled that off on me. they regretted doin it though cause it was near impossible, not to mention i stole everyone of his creatures with a reins of power.... i drew a false cure next turn too.... -nice!!! rein's of power pwn'z!!! xd

Infinite life is easy. If you want insanely large but not necessarily arbitrarily so amounts of life, go for the loop deck:
Dream Halls + 2x (Any card along the lines of Timetwister, Temporal Cascade, etc.) + lotsx Urza's Saga "Free" spells + 1 or more High Tide &/| Sapphire Medallion + lotsx draw spells + 1 or more life gain cards (preferably x-spells)
Just cycle through the deck over and over and over, gaining life and mana the whole ways, constantly pressing on. It's not technically infinite, as the chain MIGHT break. However, it'll go on for far longer than any opponent would allow.

"Kick a**! I recently built an infinite life combo! Daru Spiritualist - Whenever a cleric becomes the target of a spell or ability, it gets +0/+2 Until End of turn.
Shuko Equiped creature gets +1/+0 Equip (0)
Starlit Sanctum (T): Add (1) To your mana pool. (Plains), (T), Sacrifice a Cleric: Gain life equal to that clerics toughness. (Swamp), (T), Sacrifice a Cleric: Target player loses life equal to that clerics power.
I LOVE IT! With a few other cards in my deck, I can do Inf. Damage!"

Hachigoro infinite mana combos aside I saw a white life gain get up to 196 within 15 minutes of playing. personally, I think I got up to roughly 150 and maintained it until i won with that 7 turn most life wins card (i forgot what it is called) its called celestial convergence. i built a deck around it which works quite well

By laws of probability, it will stop eventually. It would literally be infinitely improbable for that to be truly infinite.
