Smiling Shanay nodded softly, "that sounds good... thank you Yohji" Shanay said. Though Yohji wasn't tired, Shanay found himself becoming so, as he wasn't used to keeping late hours, but rather, early mornings. "I think I shall sleep now, so tired..." Shanay yawned quietly, "good night Yohji" he said before closing his eyes.

The sun hadn't risen not long ago when Shanay's eyes opened, beckoned by the various sounds of morning that he could recognize from his sleep. He noticed, Yohji keeping true to his word, had been cuddling him all night. Though now... how to get out without waking Yohji, who knows how late he had stayed awake. Sighing softly Shanay squirmed a bit, seeing if he could sneak off the couch without disturbing Yohji's sleep.

Yohjis eyes opened, he wasnt sleepy anymore, he had actually woken up seconds before Shanay moved "morning" he said no traces of sleepyness were in his voice. Yohji moved and sat up so Shanay could move.

Shanay sat up, placing the blanket he had held to the side of the couch he looked back over at Yohji. "Ta'c meeywi... that means good morning in my language" he smiled before standing, arms stretching into the air. Those couches were remarkably soft, he'd slept so well.

Yohji smiled gently, he smoothed out his hair and got up as well after stretching while still on the couch. He walked towords the kitchen "then good morning" he said smiling back at Shanay "lets get some breakfast, i'll make it" he said holding his hand out to Shanay.

Yohji could cook? Oh that had to have been the best thing he'd heard in a while because Shanay couldn't cook to save his life. "Breakfast sounds good" the mouse said before looking down at the extended hand. Blushing softly Shanay placed his hand in the coons own.
((not quite sure what the hand is for, and I forgot to ask while we were on aim. XD;; ))

Yohji didnt see the blush before he turned around and leg the boy to the kitchen "sit down, is there anything you have a prefrence for?" he asked wondering if he could cook anything that Shanay liked

Looking up at Yohji Shanay shook his head, "I'm willing to try anything" he said. "What do you like to eat?" he asked Yohji, wondering what his friend liked. Since he was here he might as well try different foods, right?

Yohji grinned "how about my specialty breakfast, mutated blueberry pancakes" he said grinning ear to ear, he loved making and eating his mutated blueberry pancakes

Shanay fell silent for a moment, as if trying to figure out what mutated blueberry pancakes were. He liked blueberries... pancakes didn't sound too unappeasing... but mutated??? "Um, as long as it will not create an evil spirit within me sure" he laughed softly. Besides with the way Yohji was grinning they had to be good.

Yohji smiled and made a qwierd yipping sound as he darted to the freezer pulling out frozen blueberrys, he quickly mixed the batter and dumoed the blueberrys, juice and all in the pancake mix. He continued and poured random globs into the pan then back out onto a plate. After a while he brought a pan of greenish blue looking disks over to Shanay with a smile and a fork. Some of them looked like mutated disks as well.

Eyes growing wide at the sight of the... stuff... Shanay began to wonder if it was safe to eat. He'd seen what Yohji had put in it, all harmless things, but yet... it turned out like this! He was suddenly afraid. >>; Blinking for a few more moments at the food Shanay looked up at Yohji and said "you taste first" quietly.

Yohji smiled and shook his head as he picked up one of the still warm smaller disks and grinned at Shanay before popping the whole thing into his mouth and chewing.

Shanay waited a few moments, most likely to see if Yohji passed out or was taken by evil spirits... but nothing happened. Looking back down at the remainder of the questionable food Shanay opted to use a fork, as he lacked to ability to eat one whole, and took a bite of the food. Chewing and swallowing the mouse had gone silent for several moments before finally speaking. "Wow... it's good" he said, his surprise slipping out in his voice.
