King shook his head a bit. "I used to worry about them, but to hear that they are moving on and doing well lets me know that they never really needed me. If they had, they would have at least come to seek me. I am and have always been in the mountains here." He looked down at the ground and folded his wings tight. "I feel unneeded and I realize, they.. are dealing fine. Why intrude on their lives?"

"What if they come looking for you, Kinguyakki?" Frosta inquires her love as she cranes her neck forward, nuzzling King's neck in gentle yet loving manner. "You are needed... by me, if not our children but by me." She moves closer as she gives him a kiss on cheek, nipping at his shoulder. "Kinguyakki..." She looks at him and smiles. "You are the most wonderful stallion I will ever encountered."

King sighed and shook his head. "I don't know. If they come looking for me I will deal with that then. But I will not leave you." He smiled at he gentle loving nips and returned them with a few of his own." He sighed and nuzzled his head into Frosta's main. "Thank you for putting up with me. It is more than I could have ever asked for. You have the patience of a goddess."

Frosta murrs as she gets nipped and feels him nuzzling in her mane, she closes her eyes while her body snuggles up against Kinguyakki's body. "I am glad to hear that I will not be alone again." She smiles as she nuzzles his neck affectionately and sighs in sheer pleasure, enjoying the company of this particular stallion. She blushes lightly at his comment as she looks at him with a smile on her face. "For you... anything." She bobs her head slightly.

King snorted a little and he blanketed Frosta with one wing. "Keep up the affection my princess and we will find ourselves with more baskets." He chuckled and nipped her again before looking at the sky "The volcano my sister resides in seems angry. Something is going on over there."
He wasn't aware that Achera had taken a trip to the lower levels to get away from what she saw as needless love that was happening on the icey banks.

A soft laughter escapes Frosta's muzzle as she nuzzles King's wither slightly. "I wouldn't mind having more baskets." She says in almost teasing voice before she follows her love's gaze to the skies where the white smoke puffs out of the volcano's mouth. "Mmmm....Do you want to go and check it out?" She says in gentle voice while she looks at King with almost concerned eyes not sure if they should go and check things out.

King started to nuzzle his mate back, thinking of more kids, but he was driven away by the realization that the volcano had not been so energetic since his sister had gone to live there. "I can't get as close as you can, but we can get closer. It seems something either happened to my sister... or she had left." He tossed his head. "I don't want to think of the chaos that will bring."

Frosta sighs softly as she closes her eyes, dreading the moment where they will have to face the chaos that comes with active volcano. She smiles wistfully while looking up at her mate with loving yet concerned eyes. Frosta turns her head toward the volcano and proceeds in approaching it, not waiting for King to follow. "Lets examine and see what made your sister flee from the volcano." She mumurs while her eyes gleams with worry.

Kinguyakki blinked a bit at the dust coming down the mountain. "I would like to look at the mountain closer but I can't." He sighed and nosed the female with him. "Love can you go and take a look and come back at least? I just don't want you to get yourself in the place of harm." The mountain was worring him.

Frosta blinks as she turns her head toward Kinguyakki with worried eyes before she turns her head toward the volcano. She frowns slightly while she noses her mate back. "I can do that, King." She mumurs before she nuzzles his cheek affectionately. "Don't move, I will be right back." She smiles at him. The feeling of dread threatens to overcome her as she mentally frowns to herself when she walks down the mountains toward the volcano, farther away from her mate. Frosta walks toward the volcano very slowly, she could feel the rumbling of the volcano shaking through the ground. "Oh boy... what did I get myself into?" She chuckles lowly as she steadily approaches the volcano but at the safe distance.

Needless to say King was freaking out the whole time. He was terrified of the idea of frosta getting hurt if that thing rumbled again. Something had already come out of it though. Surely that was all that was going to happen. He took a few shakey steps toward the heat before being forced back again. "Do you see anything?" His voice broke in panic and he started to flush. He was sounding like a scared foal.

"Spitting up the fire, King... is that bad?" Frosta turns her head toward her approaching mate, seeing her own fear and worry being reflected back to her evidently in his face and hers. Frosta tries to smile at her mate reassuringly but her eyes and body betrays her by radiating fear. Frosta was being forced to step back from the suffocating heat as she walks toward Kinguyakki. "Heh.. I don't think this is safe." She whispers while she noses King to move backward, away from the volcano.

King swallowed. "From what I am used to, everything that is happening is wrong. Frosta.. my sister is not supposed to leave here anymore than I am. We keep things in balance and .. and I am not sure what will happen. I can only hope that she left for a good reason." He took a deep breath and moved closer to Frosta when she returned to his side. "Come, let us get back to the ice caves. I pray that they don't melt too or we are in for a long run to the arctic."

Frosta tries not to show that she is starting to panic because the only home she ever knew is being threatened by the mountain that spit and spew fire. She frowns at King when she stays close to him. "Perhaps the mountain are mad? I agree with you.. lets go back." She says in quiet voice when she turns her body around facing their snowy home. "We will get through this together, love." She manages a light and loving smile toward King when she began walking back to their icy caverns. But inside her mind, the questions contiune to swirl around and refusing to let her have one moment of peace.
"What will happen to our home?"
"What will happen to us?"
"Why did my mate's sister run off when she is not supposed to?"
"What is going on..."
"Will we survive this..."

Leading the way, or rather following behind his hawk, King moved back along the steep slippery trails toward the cave he called home. He kept looking back at Frosta, watching as she fell into what seemed to be a brooding silence. It wasn't like he could blame her. Things had been moving along so fast up here. Yet, in a strange way it seemed that very little time had passed. Time paced itself so strange up in the mountains. "Are you okay Frosta? I am worried about you."
