Heavy machinery rolled in from the Fuel Depot, surrounded by a handfull of armed men and crewed by skilled workers.
After a few minutes of scouting out the flooded area, they decided on where to start... and began digging a hole in the shore.

Heavy machinery tended to make things go quickly enough... while it was nothing amazing yet, they had managed to dig a decently sized hole. At that point the bulldozers pushed the dirt into piles; beginning to build a wall... and... a moat?
It seemed that the crew was attempting to foritfy the shoreline, creating walls and trenches to better defend it.

The construction continued.
Trenches were depthened and widened... fortified so that they would not easily collapse... and the lakewater flowed into them.
There was now a moat.
Now, to take care of this extra dirt laying around...

From the Depot, 12 armed men came jogging.
For the ten armed men who hung around the construction site, they took five with them, and proceeded to clammor onto the broken pieces of the dam.
The bulldozers began pushing the dirt into walls.

Fuel Depots ->
The UGH soldiers began moving around the equipment and workers, finding their way onto the remains of the dam and acting as a bridge. There, they'd begin to advance forward.

Seeing the UGH so close behind, some of the men in the back pulled back, radioing to the others that they were going to hold position and defend the shoreline.
The two guards broke off and took up position with the construction.
The fifteen goons continued across to the Ruins.

Fourteen stopped and held his position, kneeling down and readying his rifle as the rest of the UGH forces advanced onto the ruins. There were five in all. Each had an assault rifle for a primary weapon except for one, who had a grenade launcher.

Fourteen took up the hypervelocity, prepping it for firing as he turned on all the switches and pressed one goggle lense to the specially made scope. He took aim from afar, and waited for the weapon to charge up for the first shot.

The workers had been building at a rushed pace for hours now... they had completed:
- A moat. - A barrier behind the moat across the shore where the dam came near to it... everywhere except an opening big enough for three men to walk side by side. - A trench behind the wall, with a similar path through it.
These were not the best impediments, but they definately would slow any charge across the river.

V took the utmoste caution now that he was inside of enemy territory to an extent. V moved slowly in the water and as he reached the first moat he slowly moved along the bank untill he was out of imedit sight from the opening. V scaned the wall and found a place in the moat that the ground was relitivly low. V then waited till he was sure not a soul was watchign then he slilent crept out of the water from the lake and crept into the moat water. He then moved from along the inside of the moat down to the edge of the wall and waited as he litsend for voices of workers or anything of the sort.

The working men were just finishing up... compacting things, sharpening things, making it all solid.
The guards (5 goons and 2 guards) were spread amongst them, rifles slung over their shoulders, keeping an eye out for anything suspicious.

V moved along in the water silently with centuries of experance of how to move and where, when. He used the shadows to his advantage hiding what part of his head could bee seen above the water as he made his way to the edge of the wall. Here he waited till he was almost posotive no one was watching then slowly, silently, and quickly V climbed out of the water into a lying, army crawling position. V moved slowly as he changed his body shape, the way he was laying, enough to stay compleatly in the shadows. V at that point in time waited for a time untill he could hear no voices and only very little movement. It was getting dark outside and that would give him the protection. More so than before. It also meaned that there would be more senses aleart but at the same time dulled. After a few minuets of the silence V moved his body around the wall and presshimself up against it in the shadows on the ground looking up and the baracade taking note that the workers and gaurds were up farther than where he was working on some thing. V waited for a long time before he moved away from the wall when he was absolutly sure not a soul was watchign. Moving from shadow to shadow waiting till no one was watching each time. Slowly making his way twords the plains.
