((Zen, to have any idea what effect a 'shockwave' would have on the miners (or my incoming character), I'd like to know what it is, and how it relates to blood-manipulation.))
[From: Twilight Woods] The dirtbike was able to reach considerably better speeds than before once in the past. The ground was dry, at least. It still wasn't the most impressive thing as it climbed the slope, but it was beating the s**t out of walking. After all... it was a situation the beast was meant for.
Or so Jacob would have reasoned, except it seemed to be overheating. He didn't mind, though: at this point, moving in was the most important thing. He was still a good 100 meters away.
Jacob synched on the bracer's leather with his teeth as the flying opponent came into view, driving with one hand. This was going to be interesting.

Zen's wings were grazed three times breaking off some of the blood that was instantly replaced but took minor toll on Zen's body. Zen dove down towards them and removed his wings, shrouding himself in a diamond made of blood that hurdled at the miners.

Seeing reinforcements, two of the retreating men rallied behind Jacob with newfound courage.
(( I honestly don't know how many Quinn had here... I think maybe he said 3. I don't know. He's been throwing too many around, I'm not keeping track, since he shouldn't have more than 3-4 at any given time anyways.
So... 2 up there, 2 behind Jacob, and any others that may have been in this thread ran. ))

The diamond(shaped?) barrier of blood crashed down between the two men; one jumped to the side to avoid it, rolling in the dirt. The other slipped, and his leg was crushed beneath it.

-=STAT=- Zombie ((Zen, to have any idea what effect a 'shockwave' would have on the miners (or my incoming character), I'd like to know what it is, and how it relates to blood-manipulation.)) ((the shockwaves aren't really shock wave but I don't know what else to call them, their just cutting wave of blood I shoot at people, it hardly does any damage to myself but will cut through most anything, their about the size of the average human chest.))

Jacob gunned the engine, finishing with the bracers, and reached around his back, between his body and the coat. Still one-handing the bike (thank god the path's straight) he drew, from the back pocket, a chrome revolver.
It wasn't snub-nosed, but it was small, and at this range firing would be ridiculous...
But the target was attacking, not fleeing. He had time.
Edit: ((Thanks Zen. That sounds about right for how many are here, I was told there are 3 more at the mine, and 11 total below in the forest.))

The diamond barrier reformed into a ball with Zen curled up inside of it, he rolled over the rest of the miner's body and sped by the other miner as he hurdled towards the mine entrance.

"Oh, you b*****d..."
He hit the engine again, the bike kept rolling. He had no way to know if the man curled in a ball of his own blood would be faster, but he expected not: he'd probably end up killing himself from inertial forces if he was.
Jacob shouted in his handheld "Radio ahead, tell them he's coming! Hold Them!"
The men did as they were told, terrified at doing more.
He had just squished one of their legs, after all. [Exit: Preliminary Mines]

The guy with the crushed leg was in pain. A lot of it. The other one sure as hell didn't want to give chase, but fired off a few shots in passing.
He'd help the first back to the camp, after that...
The two following Jacob would continue to do so, under his direction.

So he's walking, and he's walking, and out of no where he trips.
So it was that Quin was tumbling down the path. Rather commical for anyone watching.

Hitting a tree while tumbling down a slop is no fun, no fun at all, but that's what he did when he came to the border on the woods. <********... ooph.. ugh..."
Rising to his feet he stumbled, things just didn't seem to be going good for him.

"Awesome," Shou said as he unslung the assault rifle. The trigger was gripped in his right and the stock in his left, gun held across his chest.

Jacknife emerged from the mines quietly and was immediately covered from view by a shrub near the entrance. He could hear people talking. People that werent his buddies he would assume.

Zen noticed that Jack seemed eager and took cover out of sight, footsteps could be heard climbing up the mountain pass and an "Awesome" sounded from a males mouth, "I think he have company." Zen whispered to Jack.
