I can imagine Ino and Shikamaru are studying ((Ino forced Shikamaru to study for no reason)) And Shikamaru turns and says "Hey.. Ino.. this is gonna be such a drag asking this but.. will you go on a date with me to.. I dont know.. the beach maybe?" And Ino looks at him and says sure. That night at the beach they lay under the stars holding hands and Ino has her head on his chest and Shikamaru has his other arm around her and they both fall asleep.

i think that shikamaru would ask ino out on a date but he woould say it like he usaally talks. all bored an stuff.

i'd imagine ino cooking (at home) and having shikamaru eating it and he would say, "you spit on it while you were nagging so much..." then he would start muttering curses under his breath and Ino would start throwing things at him.
