Name: Higi Name Meaning: Ritual Description: When his posture is not correct he stands about 5' 9" - 5' 10". He is about 6ft tall when when he stands up completly straight and he has correct posture. His hair is cut so that if it was not held up in a pony tail it would run to the middle of his back. Although it is cut so that only two "strans" of hair reach that far and they sandwich the part of his hair that only reaches to his shoulders. Although you can't tell by looking at his hair, he has 3 highlted colors, red, black and blue that are so dark they blend in suberbly with the black. Personality: His personality is undetermined for he had never interacted with people. History: He and his powers were used to imprison captured Supers, by a secret cult that new of the Master of Puppets but had no way or no mind to find him. They simply worshiped him in secret hoping one day that they could be used as his pawns or become some other source of amusement for him. Although they knew it was completley useless, they protected the Master of Puppets existence from the world, any who was stupid enough to try and figure out who or what this god was would be sent to Higi and be imbuned into an object taht would then be palced in one of the oceans. Although the weaker questers were often put into rocks to which were then modled into statues and shipped to museums. Higi was an important person within this cult, he was feared and revered by all. His secretive and manipulatvie ways were said to match that of MoP, but anyone who thought such would often find themselves imbuned into a nice pair of underwear that was often of some slobby fat man. Occupation of Choice: Rebelion Creator: He uses his secretive nature and his manipulative nature to organize rebelions of the citizens of Union. He is a wanted criminal by the government although they do not know who he is, what he does, if he is a super, or if he is even a girl. They have not even assigned him an alias, and have not even officaly declared him a criminal. But every government affilated person knows he is the cause of the rebelions or turmoil through Union and they want him aressted. Enchanter: He gives items magical properties to help people with various things. Many fortune tellers commision him to make good luck charms, or charms that hel pwith their love life, the fake ones do at least. Main Power: Imbune to Object: He can imbune people into jobjects if he is making direct contact with them, and another object. If using one power useage he can only imbune someone that has 5 or less saves. Using a tensity attack, meaning 3 power uses, he can imbune somebody that has 20 saves or less. This takes trhee post (meaning you post, the person you are trying to use thsi ability on post, then you post again) and the person must stay have 20 saves or less within the two post. If not the user only looses two MP uses. If the users does a 4 power intensity attack this allows him to imbune a person that has saves 20-35 into an item. This takes 5 post to complete. If interupted the amount of saves you loose is equal to how many post you had gone through to use thsi ability. Meaning if you had only posted once you loose one save, if you posted twice you loose two. And his most charged imbuned abilty takes 6 power usages and it takes 10 post to use. If he preforms the ritual version of this post it can imbunes somebody with 36+ saves. But if he does the 3 post version of this intense attack, then it is only works on people that have saves 35-40. If any of his attemptes to imbune somebody into an item fail, it takes away 5 saves/hit points. He looses the specififed power usages if he fails as well as taking 5 damage. Secondary Power: Enchant Items: Much like the charms ED has avalible, he can charm or enchant items with certain attributes and or abilites. He can not do enchant anything to do damge to any other then the person that is wearing it. He is currently working on an anti-power charm that he can place on people to null their powers. He is known to get commisoned by Union city to make special ammunition or other items for them. The strenth of the effect and the value of the item enchanted depends on the amount of SP usages that he uses to complete the Enchanting. He can also enchant memories and feelings into items or objects, although once this is done the memories are tooken from the individual and placed in the object forever. The memories can not be placed back within the pwerson but if the take the item enchanted with thier memoreis they can view them any time. Is most current bullet is the Dression Supression. When the bullet comes in contact with the indivdual it creates an extreme sensing their depression level and anxiety and then it changes it so that it haults their movments. A very useful bullet but if it does not touch something, then it won't work. Not very good for supers or other people with armors and such for the enchantment makes the bullet travel slower, still fast, but slower and most likely it will not peirce armor. Weakness: He is not a battle charecter, his powers require direct contact and usualy more then one post

Name: J (real name unknown) Description: see sig for regular and transformed appearance Personality: J is a guy who likes to keep most things to himself. He usually will speak only when spoken to or if nessisary. He can be nice though and will help people when needed but very distant from most. J is the kind of guy who seems as if he is in the corner of conversations. When he is in his transformation on the other hand...well you won't want to talk to him anyway unless your ready to die. History: *from the words of a reporter on one of the crime scene* It is not know of where he originated or even born, but many reports come from many places saying that he's a "golden horror of the black blade". some people started rumors that this man is none other than the golden horror because the night that the horror attacks, that J stayed at the place that same day earlier and that the day after he dissappeared without a trace. a warrent is out for the "Golden Horror's" arrest. also J is wanted for investigation purposes only. Occupation of Choice: Mercenary work is what he's use to since he moves around so much. Main Power: Brightlight Magic-see below ((when transformed, the spells change to Blackblade Magic)) Secondary Power: Transformation-transforms into a darker and much more powerful version of himself. Weakness: when in his transformed state, he has no control over himself and it lasts as long as his power does.
Brightlight Magic -Flash Blessing-heals one ally but not himself. (allies only) -Starlight-hits anyone close enough with holy power -Berserking One-doubles attack power of himself and heals him and his allies for half their maximum potential -Forgiving Friend-heals him and his allies for full and hurts all foes for how much was used to heal the team (takes alot of charging)
Blackblade Magic -Grand Judgement-uses dark force to pulverize a foe -Blade Storm-hits anyone close enough with dark power -Archaic Piercing-three flame-coated swords appear and pierce through a foe -Sign of Bloodthirst-Thousands of dark blades appear from another dimension and slice through all foes all at the same time.(takes alot of charging, can kill depending on if it's a lesser NPC)

Name: Artemis Lynn
Description: Artemis is around 5'9" and has long red hair with brown eyes. She normally weans a brown jean jacket, a t-shirt, and jeans.
Personality: Artemis is always willing to help someone in trouble. She's very kind, but quick to anger, and when angry she becomes flooded with vengeance. She used to not be able to let another die in her presence, or kill someone, but after the events of the mimic attacks, her entire views on life have changed.
History: Artemis was a priestess from the Northwest sent to Haven to reduce the carnage that had begun and what had been forseen by her leader. Soon after she arrived the mimics struck, and she revoked her oath to never take a life. After the mimics were destroyed, she returned to her home, only to find it had been overrun. She then heard of The Union, and went to investigate. She heard descriptions of some of the people from Haven, and now seek to find them.
Occupation of Choice: Hospital...if there are any, I'll check for that later
Main Power: Light Magics. Artemis can summon up a sphere of pure magic that will either impale the contents, or if she wishes heal them. Can also summon up other things.
Secondary Power: Prism. Artemis can encase herself in a prism of light, completely blocking her off from the outside world for as long as she wishes. Nothing can pass through, and there is an infinite supply of oxygen.
Weakness: She's very easily offended, and will not hurt an unarmed person.

Name: Genghis Flex. Description: Short, wiry-looking brazilian kid. Personality: Sarcastic and lairy. History: He got kicked out of a school and then ran away to union city... Occupation of Choice: Whatever brings in the cash. Main Power: Able to stretch and twist to avoid blows and grapple enemies. Secondary Power: Can bend/stretch the environment around him to suit his needs, e.g. stretching the floor to take no impact from a fall. Weakness: Extreme heat or cold: heat will make him stretchy and fluid-like, while cold will make him brittle.

Name:Lena Anathion Description: 23 years old and standing at 5' 3", very few things about this dark skinned girl look natural. Her hair could, I suppose, be passed off as a dyed color, but either way, it's still purplem, and, while not so strange, usually tied up into a messy bun. eyes, again, following this unfolding tred of strange coloring were, at first glance, deep chocolate brown, but if one stared at them for long enough, they were shown to be dark crimson red. While short, she is well-proportioned, if a bit on the muscular and stocky side. her clothing usually consists of a black or blue hoodied jacketm some kind of t-shirt, jeans, and boots. Personality: a bit violent-crazy, though she's pretty nice once you get to know her. A bit easily aggravated, and kind of(by which I mean extremely) perverted. History: for once in your life, a character's history will be boring. Not much happened in her life, lived with mother, father, and a few small children untl she moved away. she was never very good in school, and dropped out the middle of her junior year in high school. She fought a lot, and has gotten good a it. Occupation of Choice: Bartender, or perhaps something a bit more illegal. Main Power: She can feel the "aura" of other people, and channel that energy into either her hand, the knife she carries, something. She Doesn't know what said energy is going to be, and it might not even do anything, but. Secondary Power: Languages. this may not seem like much, but it extends into most, if not all, non-human languages. the most she could do with this in a battle is convincing the wind to blow dust into her opponent's eyes while she runs away, or attacks. Weakness: if her opponent is the only other person(or one with a strong aura) her first power is extremely weak and she has to either attempt to use her second, or use her knife. Referred by: ED

Name: Katherine Nyx, known as "Kitty" or "Kitten" by friends Description: 5'5" slender little thing, blackish/violet hair, steel blue eyes, age 19, 9 ear piercings (3 in each lobe, 2 cartilage in the left ear, one in the middle of her left), a small nose stud, 2 tattoos, one tribal on her foot and one very big peach english rose with deep red poppies on the right shoulder. Katherine's style leans towards an artsy-rockstar image, so expect extravagent things from her. Furthermore, Katherine is half-cat. She has cat ears and when pissed or firghtened her claws extend, her fangs show, and the hair on the back of her neck stands up. She keeps her ears hidden from public under her expansive collection of hats and ribbons. Personality: Katherine is young and full of bite. She can be bitchy and blunt, but she is also loyal and a kind listener, always there for her loved ones. Katherine lives up to her kitty ways and is quite curious and mischevious, loving to cause scandle and trouble. She will either slink up behind you silently or come bursting in, making a scene. every day is something different, but it's always outrageous, nonetheless. History: Katherine Nyx is a product of animal expirimentation and human genetics. Born in a test-tube, Katherine was one of five human embryos crossed with animal genetics. The idea was to make humans stronger, faster, ect using animal DNA, but when human-rights fanatics found out, the organization was shut down and burned to the ground. The scientists and doctors scattered, the test subjects were all boiled alive in their test-tubes. Only Katherine survived, then age 5. She was found wadering the streets and was sent trough foster homes until she was old enough to live on her own. She has no memory of her life in the lab. Occupation of Choice: Art student, if art is allowed. She also loves to make clothes and costumes. Main Power: Mind-reading Secondary Power: Night vision, along with super-sense (hearing, smell, jumping and flexing abilities, "catlike" reflexes" Weakness: Like a cat, Katherine is curious to the point of falling for traps and sticking her nose where it doesn't belong. Name: Talia Shore Description: A woman of indeterminate age, filthy and unkempt, wearing many layers of rags. She pushes an old shopping cart that holds most of her belongings, particularly a sword wrapped in an old blanket, and a bedraggled teddy bear. Personality: History: Talia Shore was a nobody, living on the street, until the super revolt. It was while picking through the rubble of the last battle that she found a teddy bear and a sword next to a dead woman. She picked them up, hoping to sell them for a few meals, when she felt a strange shock throughout here entire body. When it subsided, she knew what she had to do = she had to find somebody, a girl, but she wasn't who she was. Ever since that day, Talia has wandered the country, looking for this girl, carrying the sword and the teddy bear. She says that the sword talks to her in her head, telling her stories of wizards, and werewolves, and other things.
The sword, Soul Stealer, was once carried by Larrisa Talbot, who died with it in her hands during the revolt. Her spirit now resides in the sword and has one driving goal - to find her daughter (Laurel) and make sure that she's all right. The teddy bear was Laurel's. Occupation of Choice: Homeless scavenger Main Power: Soul Stealer - a magical sword that absorbs life energy. When the sword hits in combat (does damage) it absorbs life energy equal to the amount of damage done, i.e. 5 points for a normal blow (3 if blocked), or 10 for a powered blow [main power use]. Absorbed points can be used (as a combat action) to either heal the wielder or to cause additional damage on an attack (additional damage is not absorbed) on a 2-for-1 basis - 2 absorbed points gives 1 point of healing or damage. When not in combat, absorbed points drain at a rate of 5/post. The sword also contains the spirit of Larrisa Talbot, a dead super. If the sword's wielder is unconscious, she can use the absorbed energy to heal the wielder. She can also communicate mentally with the wielder and even speak through him or her once per scene. Secondary Power: Larrisa has enhanced senses, particularly smell and hearing, can see in all directions, and can warn her wielder of danger. Weakness: Talia is an apparent schizophenic, not too bright, and obsessed with finding this girl. Also, she is bound to the sword and loses 1 health per post if she is separated from it, until she reaches 1 health.

She hands these two "strands" of hair over the front of her so that often does cover her busom. Her look like like they have not been trimmed, meaning the have the pointy hair look rather the then straight edge cut look, but they are all exactly the same size. She is well endowned in the area's of T & A although it matches her profile well and makes her body smeel fluent and smooth. She doesn't wear clothes that have sleaves and if she wears bras they are strapless because she doesn't want them messing with her look when she has the sleevless shirts. She often wears shorts that are kinda short, as well as shirts wit hthe same effect. Although she is not doing it for sex appeal, she is just really fond of the having her attire more open. If she wasn't a supper she would probaly be some hippy nudist person. She wears brighter colors but her attire changes, meaning that she doesn't wear the same clothes more then three times, although it is rare to see her wear the same thing more then once, not counting modifications that she has doen to them. Personality: "Free" is the best way to describe it. She doesn't not like wearing clothes she feels that it is contraining and hiding the true nature of the human body, which she is not afraid to show if people have the right intentinos. Although she finds it cute when guys ask to see her because they are pervs. She also doesn't wear much clothing because she don't like wearing clothes under her armor. History: Occupation of Choice: Some type of outdoor job Main Power: Conjured Armor: This power is actualy simply to say how it is used, but hard to describe because it is actualy a few powers that are so minute she came up with only one practical purpose, the combine them all to make armor. Ranging from minute gravity manipulation, to reality persuasion (*note to self*meaning she can ask reality to change it and decides if it does. And it will not do it if it is a huge change so thus rendering this power usless without a supporting power). By using all these powers together she has created a way to take an element around her and make it into a clothing or armor. Different materials giver her different armor and the armor has different weakness. Secondary Power: Presence Armor: This power is constant effect power.She herself is incased with an invisible armor that makes it impossible to sense that she is there. She is immune to telepathic people sensing she is their, or by smell, feeling the vibrations caused by her movements, hearing or any other form of sensing her presence. The only way to know she is their is to see her our touch her. She can also use a secondary power use of hers to extend this armor to others or to the enviorment around her so nobody be able to sense anybody sneaking up upon them. Weakness: She gets out of control if people say that anything is distateful in looks. She loves the beauty around her and she wishes she was afflicted with the responsibilty of having the power to protect it, so she could enjoy it.
Notes on Powers:
Single Power Useage Armor:
Earth Armor: This armor gives her an immunity to melee attacks that are not from heavy weapons such as really big swords, axes clubs, c4 explosives, rapid fire 50 calibur weapons, ect. It also reduces the damage from fire based attacks by 1/3 of the saves if it is not a whole number round up. Meaning if your fire attack did 12.1 it would do 13 instead. This armor also makes it difficult for her to move often making her restricted to a field of battle making retreat almost impossible.
Water Armor: Immune to projectile attacks unless they are of are half her height and width or they are enforced by a power. Meaning if you launch a minni fridge at her and she doesn't try to run from it, it would actualy be double effective. Ability to breath underwater. Extremely weak against heated attacks that are hot enough to cause instant steam.
Wind Armor: This armor is similar to water armor but it as the gives her 4 power uses of wind blade attacks. Instead of breathing under water ability it gives her short distance flight ability. It is weak against attacks that result in extreme temperature change.
Lightning Armor: This armor is not invulnerable to any attack, simply if you touch her you become stunned. Each time she stuns someone in this manner, she loses an armor point. Once the armor is canceled or eaches 0 armor points, she loses 2.5 saves for each point of armor point lost. She recieves X .5 damage if an electrical or lightning attack is used against her the armor protects her from nothing. Metal weapons can steal some of the charge her armor emits. This armor has 10 armor poitns.
Fire Armor: This armor makes her invicible to heated or fire based attacks. This armor exteneds her body itself around her giving her three extended meters of reach. Her attacks are always considered weapon attacks while in this form. She has three post to which she can use this armor without feeling the effects of it. She loses two saves per post, but her damage is not lost until her next post. So post four her health doesn't change because of her armor, but post five she loses two health, post six she loses 3 addition saves, with each post she loses the previous post amount of lost saves plus one more. This armor is nulled if some sort of fire extinguish method is used upon it.
Astral Armor: This armor makes her invulnerable to magik attacks. Any powers that do not have a biological explanation, meaning it was magic, are included in that invulnerability. She takes times three damage from melee attacks and weapons attacks do twice as much damage.
Two Power Usage Armor:
Volcanic Armor: This armor makes you immune to heated attacks and halves the damage tooken from melee attacks. She can use five armor points and gain three power uses of shooting magma, ash and soot, or poisones gasses. This armor has ten armor points, an armor point is tooken off each time an unheated attack is forced upon it.
Mud Armor: A combination between that of water and earth this armor makes her immune to physical attacks of all kind. Water and fire attacks take away armor points from this armor. This armor has 30 armor points.
Three+ Power Usage Armor:
Glass Armor A combination between of her fire, water, and earth armors, expcet she is not immune to any attacks except light and dark magics. Her melee attacks count as weapon attacks instead of simple melee. Wearing this armor gives her two illusion creating power usages and five powers that allow her to shoot her armor at you as projectile weapons. Using her armor to throw itself at an opponent causes her Armor points to go down. As her armor points decreases she lose a power ability for every three points of armor lost. This armor has 15 armor points.
Desert Armor A combination of wind, earth, and water armors, it is actualy quite similar to mud armor. The wearer becomes immune to all types of pysical attacks, but water and fire attacks do not do any more damage then usual. Although fire and lighting attacks will change this armor into glass armor that looses the abilites to have special powers. Reach is extended to two times it's normal length. This armor has three uses of shooting sand pellets liek a super power shotgun taking ten armor points away each time it is used. This armor can regenerate armor if their is sand around no matter what kind. This armor has 15 armor points.
Glowing Armor This armor makes her invincible and invulnerable until the armor points are used up. Once this happenes the aura itself will explode doing the same damage as an ordinary offensive main power would have. This armor has 15 armor points per main power used to conjure it.
Cerimonial Jewels:This armor is by far her most powerful armor she can muster up. Upon her head lies a circlet that seems to be composed of pearl with wind worn streaks giving it its own unique texture. The jewel that lies on the circlet is oval and seems more of a stone then gem. A purple stone that has white strips running down it as if it were lightning. Finely crafted bronze plate earings with a great ornate design hang from her ears. Emeralds are imbuned into the earings, in a small spiral. Upon her neck she wears a necklace that is of a blue-steel color. Although it radiates much more beauty then that of an average metal, this chain seems fluid, like a running stream. No jewels rest themselves upon her torso, atleast none that can be seen. But upon her rist are braclets of a gold hue that screams fire to all who look upon them. The The last piece of exquisted clothing that can be seen, is the jeweled belt that has a sash attached to it. Gems that litteraly have some sort of swirling enity embodied in them, it as if a restless soul lies within each jewel, for if you look closley, you can see right through the gem before it turns back to it's ghostly white texture.
