Unless we'll need all of those posts for something else later on in the event, then we can just scrap 'em XP

Rp between Sumiko and Neeja.
Sumiko walked the hall's toward his locker he was tired, and not in a very good mood, he'd already been yelled at and sent out of the class. His day couldn't get any worse.
Neeja sighed gently as he made his way to his locker; they had moved it to make room for someone who couldn’t get to class in time because of his locker placement. Neeja grumbled as he counted the numbers on the lockers looking for his own. Neeja ran into Sumiko as he concentrated on the numbers. A simple growl came from him before he started turning the lock on his locker, which was right next to Sumiko
Sumiko grumbled. " You could at least apologize." He said under his breath as he opened his locker. He glanced at Neeja and frowned, he wasn't there a week ago what happened to the other kid, he wondered shaking his head. He looked through his locker for his sheet music; his locker was disgustingly clean everything had its place and he liked it like that and got mad when it changed.
Neeja's gaze snapped over to Sumiko "if I was going to I would have" he said shoving things from his side bag into the locker with contempt, the only thing that wasn’t brutally wrinkled was a folder which he held for a moment "would you hold this" he asked holding the folder that was covered in a lot of different designs and random words. Neeja knew he had quite the nerve to snap at this guy then ask him to hold his folder.
Sumiko sighed he wanted to say no, but he was raised better then that and he knew his mother if she were still around would be disappointed in him if he said no. So he nodded and took the folder. " Fine." was all he said while he waited for the guy to be finished with whatever he was doing so he could take the folder.
Neeja dug around in the black abyss that was his side bag as he pulled out a little shelf made for lockers, He put it at the top of the locker away from the mess below and secured it pulling out a mechanical pencil, a hollow clipboard and a lot of notebook paper with a design in the background. "Thanks" he mumbled as he glanced over making sure Sumiko didn’t look in the folder as he placed a thesaurus on the shelf and a few more items.
Sumiko nodded and then went back to his locker, he couldn't believe how messy some people kept there locker's it was gross in his opinion and so much easier to find things when you had everything all neat. Grabbing his music folder he looked through it to find his piece.
Neeja finished arranging the things on the top shelf, they were as organised as Sumiko’s just not the bottom Neeja gingerly took the folder from Sumiko and slipped it into a slot built into the wire shelf below the rest.
Sumiko, sighed when he couldn't find what he was looking for, he frowned then looked for it in another slot where he kept all his music. " Where'd i put?" He asked himself softly.
"What" Neeja asked looking over at Sumiko one eyebrow raised as he zipped his side back up, it still had a few school things in it. He hated the new semester, it ment new classes and new teachers to hate.
" Nothing." He said not looking at the boy as he shifted through his music things. The teacher would not be happy if he didn't have the music, and here he thought his day couldn't get any worse.
Neeja watched him "what the bloody hell are you looking for" he asked wondering how the hell this boy could lose something in that locker of his.
" Sheet music." Sumiko said softly, he didn't know this kid so why was he talking to him? He barely talked to his friends. Stopping he fixed his eye patch which had started to slip.
Neeja became acutely aware at the mention of music as he watched Sumiko fixing his eye patch; he decided not to ask about it. "You in band" he asked [/green]
" Yes, but I don’t need it for that I need it for class." He said sourly, didn't this guy have class to go to?
Neeja raised an eyebrow "what other class do you need sheet music for other then band" he asked thinking about choir "s**t!" he growled and scrambled through the papers in the bottom of his locket pulling another folder bent in half "dammit" he growled and shoved it in his side pack and returned to Sumiko waiting for an answer papers now laying all over the ground.
[darkred]" English." He said as if that was the most natural answer in the world. His class had been asked to bring in something that was important to them and he'd picked a song that ment a lot to him. " Doesn't matter I can play it by memory." He said grabbing along case from his locker and closing it. " You've got paper's every where."
Neeja raised an eyebrow "yes, I know that there are papers everywhere" he said as he gathered papers shoving them back into his locker "wait, when is your English class" he asked narrowing his eyes at Sumiko.
" Right now." He said with a hint of sarcasm, why else would he be looking for the sheet music now?
Neeja growled to himself and pulled the folder out of his locker along with the notebook paper which he slipped into the hallow notebook and the mechanical pencil slipping them all into his backpack "looks like we have English together" he grumbled slamming his locker closed, he hated new semesters, why hadn’t he gotten the new assignment. He remembered he hadn’t been there yesterday, the first day of the new semester "dammit" he mumbled.
Sumiko sighed and closed his locker. " Great." Couldn't you see how over joyed he was. Walking down the hall to his class he ignored Neeja.
Neeja glared at Sumiko "a*****e" he mumbled before slipping into the classroom right before Sumiko. The bell rang as they walked in leaving two desks right next to each other "s**t" he growled so the teacher wouldn’t hear as he sat down heavily.
Sumiko, didn't show any out ward signs that he didn't like his seating he just sat down and set his Keyboard case down on his desk, looking around to see some of the things other student's had brought.
Neeja pulled his folder and clipboard out before tossing his bag roughly under his desk. He watched the teacher up front. "Lets see what you brought today" the teacher chimed, "how about you Sumiko, since you were so close to being late, then you Mr. Sariyu" he said looking intently at Neeja. Neeja growled "don't call me that" he hissed, he hated his last name, especially what it ment, it want even in the language of his heritage.
Sumiko stood up and opened his case. " I brought my keyboard in, along with a song that was played to me when i was little." He said showing the class.
"good job Sumiko" the teacher said with his grade book in hand "would you care to play it for us" he asked.
Neeja watched Sumiko intently raising his brow at the keyboard. This guy didnt seem like the keyboard type.
" Sure." Sumiko quickly set up his keyboard. Finger’s posed over the keys, he played the song that his mother played to him, and he was flawless. Which made him smile since he'd memorised the song long before he'd gotten this keyboard.
Neeja watched at the boy smile, he didn't expect to see one of those. "Mr. Sariyu, its your turn" the teacher said a still pleasant smile on his face. "Stop calling me that! My name is Neeja,” he snapped as he picked up his things to go to the front of the room. "I brought the lyrics to some of the songs I’ve written" he said and started back to his desk. "Neeja, would you care to sing some of those songs, you are in choir after all" the teacher said pleasantly. "I'm not singing for them" he said giving a longer glance at Sumiko then the rest of the room. "It’s required, so since you refuse I can call the choir teacher down here" he threatened. "Do what you want" Neeja said scowling as he sat down and began reading through his lyrics handling the pages carefully, none of them had a single wrinkle or tear or stain on them.
Sumiko silently packed up his baby, he didn't understand why the boy was so rude, were the people around him not good enough to hear him sing? All well to each there own.
Neeja watched as a few more students showed their items. After about 5 minutes the choir teacher came into the room. "Neeja" he said firmly. "Come here" he said and walked out of the room. Neeja growled and got up following the choir teacher out followed by a collective 'oooooh' from the class. After a few minutes Neeja came in along with the choir teacher who whispered to the English teacher. "Neeja will be going up again this time singing two of his songs, one from choir one of his own writing" he said cheerily. Neeja walked up with a piece of choir music and a piece of his own. Neeja didn’t need the paper but they were required by his choir teacher. Neeja sighed as he began singing the choir song, it was a soft lullaby. Next he began his own his choir teacher watching from the back of the room. The song was a faster tempo, the beat was more of a rock song. After he was finished he sat back into his desk and sat down tucking the music back into his bag, he was clearly angry.
Sumiko worked silently on the hand out the teacher had left on there desks they were supposed to say why they picked what they did and why it ment what it did. So he set to work.
Neeja wrote up the paper using a different pencil then the mechanical one, he finished early and began scribbling neatly on a piece of the designed paper. He slipped that into the folder as the bell rang.
Sumiko rushed out of the class as soon as the bell rang he wanted to get to his locker and away from it before Neeja, he'd had enough of the guy's attitude for now.
Neeja opened is locker silently putting his English book and pulling out his math book without giving Sumiko as much as a glance. Neeja walked away toward his math class silently fuming yet wondering if Sumiko had that class with him too.
Sumiko sighed and grabbed his science book, glad he'd had math the semester before. Which ment he didn't have to take it again. Gathering his things he locked up his locker and headed to class.
Lunchtime
Neeja walked from his math class reaching his locker before Sumiko got there, he took the time to hang up some stuff on the inside of his new locker to make it look nicer on the door at least. He shoved his backpack into the locker after taking out the folder and clipboard and placing them in their places before closing the door looking over to see if Sumiko was there. Sumiko was setting things in their proper places, when he noticed Neeja looking at him. " What?" he said with a slight glare. He hated when people started at him.
Neeja glared back "you don’t have to be so damn snappy" he said and walked away toward the lunchroom.
" You don’t have to stare at me." Sumiko said back with another glare, that kid was a jerk He thought as he too headed to the lunchroom.
Neeja quickly picked some of the foods out and placed them on his tray before heading to the enclosed court yard. He went over to one of the metal benches and began picking through his food, he ate by himself.
Sumiko looked at the food being served and picked out a few healthy things before looking for somewhere to sit.
Neeja saw Sumiko standing with his tray and knew there were a limited number of chairs, either he had to stand, sit on someone’s lap or come outside. Neeja sighed and looked away continuing to eat his warm food.
Sumiko sighed outside was the only option so out he went, but he stayed away from Neeja or as away as he could get which was sitting behind him. He ate quietly and didn't say a ward to the other boy.
Neeja didn't like someone sitting behind him so he turned himself around so he was Facing Sumiko but he kept his eyes locked on his tray.
Sumiko paused shrugged and then continued to eat his lunch. Never looking up at the other boy, after all he wasn’t friends with him.[/color
Neeja glanced up "what happened to your eye" he asked, he just wanted to know, he didn’t even ask it rudely, it was a genuine honest, he was just curious question.
" I was in an accident." That was as far as Sumiko ever went; he didn't like remembering it so he didn't talk about. He still had his eye but he couldn't see out of it and it wasn't pretty so he covered it.
Neeja wasn’t satisfied with the information he had gotten. "Is the eye still there or was it taken out" he asked, this time his eyes had been turned down toward his tray.
Sumiko sighed. " It's none of your business."
Neeja looked at and gave a mall growl "you don’t have to be such an a** about it" he said downing another grape.
Sumiko turned away so he wasn't facing the other boy, it was a touchy subject and he could be an a** if he wanted too.
Neeja put his tray aside and stood up "why the ******** are you being such an a**" he said angrily as he stepped around the benches, with Neeja’s appearance it was weird seeing him angry, and he normally wasn’t an a** to the other students, just something about Sumiko bothered the hell out of him.
" Because I can be, why don’t you just drop it." he said calmly as he finished up his sandwich.
"Because I’m not the type to drop things,” he snapped. He was really Beginning to dislike this guy.
" Well it isn't your concern so leave me alone." He said still being calm but really he was boiling inside. Standing up he grabbed his tray he was finished so he'd leave.
Neeja followed him "I just asked you a damn question, I wasn’t rude in the damn way I asked so what the hell is your problem" he said in a hiss
" I don’t talk about it, I told you what you needed to know so leave it." He said growling, before he started to leave the other.
Neeja followed him still, he was determined to do something to this guy "what exactly is your problem with me then" he said his words dripping with contempt
" I don’t have a problem with other then the fact you wont go the hell away!" Sumiko said grumpily.
Neeja growled again "why the hell do you want to be left alone so damn badly!" he yelled, they were inside so all the others turned to look at them
" Because I like to be alone is that so hard to believe? Can you get your mind to wrap around that or is it to complex for you to understand?"
Neeja snarled and took a few steps forward closing the gap between the two before landing a hard punch on the other boys face, he was fine being cussed at people ignoring him but there were some things he wouldn’t tolerate, and insulting his intelligence was one of them.
Sumiko staggered back and touched were the other boy hit him, Ignoring the other students he lunged forward and tackled Neeja to the floor landing a few blows to his stomach.
Neeja gasped as he was thrown to the floor and kicked as hard as he could not caring where exactly on Sumiko they hit just that he wanted to get the boy off of him.
Sumiko kept hitting anywhere he could. He didn't like this boy. But he'd never fought anyone before either. Suddenly he was pulled off Neeja. " Gentlemen what is the meaning of this?" Asked the lunchroom supervisor, who held onto Sumiko as he tired to get Neeja again?
Neeja lunged forward catching Sumiko hard under the chin knocking his eye patch to the ground but was thrown back onto the ground as one of Sumiko’s flailing legs caught him in the stomach. "Neeja" the choir teacher snarled as he grabbed the boy and held him back as well. "Let me go" Neeja snarled as he struggled to get at Sumiko again
Sumiko went limp in the teachers grasp hiding his face in his hands. He didn't want anyone to see, he didn't even like to look at his eye or the scars there. Seeing the boy freeze he let him go bending to pick up the eye patch. " Sit Sumiko, I want an explanation. NOW!"
Neeja was still struggling to get at Sumiko, he had seen the boys eye but didn’t care "let me go, that ********" he said before he was cut off but the choir teachers hand over his mouth. "Do you want me to take you out of choir" he roared "do you really want to go on struggling until you do something you regret"! He finished. The choir teacher threatened to take the class that was the only happiness left in his life so he to went limp. The teacher put him down and he stared ahead blankly not looking at Sumiko anymore. The other students were staring at the bruises forming on Sumiko’s face as well as Neeja’s. But since Sumiko had gotten mostly Neeja’s stomach you couldn’t see most of his bruises.
Sumiko's teacher handed the eye patch to him before kneeling down. " Well Sumiko what have you to say for yourself?" He asked looking at one of his students. " You know we don’t tolerate fighting on school property, do you want to stay in band?" Sumiko nodded, and placed his eye patch on. " Yes sir." He said softly not looking at anyone; he hoped that this wasn't going to get him suspended. " It wont happen again."
Neeja looked up at Sumiko "I didn’t mean to knock off your eye patch, but that is the only thing I’m sorry for" he said remembering their conversation earlier about the eye patch and how he had been about it.
Sumiko remained silent. " Can I go?" he asked looking at the teacher who shook his head. " Im sorry Sumiko but you have to go to the office, I wouldn't be surprised if you were both sent home." Sumiko went even paler then he already was, dread carved into his face. " But...sir I cant, please." His grandmother would kill him if he got suspended. " I'm sorry it really wont happen again I promise."
Neeja growled as his apology was ignored, he was getting angry all over again but he had to hold it in for fear of being kicked out of the choir. The principle walked upon the scene "you two, come with me" he said sternly. Neeja stood up and followed the man with the choir teacher following him. Sumiko followed head bowed, he hadn't met to ignore the others apology but he couldn't be sent home. " I hope you boys realise that violence is not aloud in this school, and I’ll have to act accordingly for your punishment."
Neeja had been through this already. He had fought before. "Three days suspension, I know" he grumbled. "No Neeja, for you 5 since this is your second offence, however Sumiko only gets 3" he said walking into his office with the boys behind him.
" Please, don’t send me home I’ll do anything." He said trying to plead with the principal. "Please." " Im sorry Sumiko, but those are the rules." He said pointing to two chairs in his office. " You don’t understand sir, I can’t be sent home."
Neeja looked over at Sumiko and heaved a sigh "is there any way that I can take his punishment for him" he asked quietly, he still hated the guy but he understood the boys pleading, he had been banished from his home because of suspension and detention. "I can work it off, whatever you ask" he added.
" No, you both should know the rules. " He said filling out two pink slips. " I'll be calling your guardian’s after this so I want you to sit out side please." Sumiko nodded. " Yes sir." He got up out of the chair and headed toward the door, he was in for it now. Sighing he went to sit in the main office, head buried in his arms.
Neeja got an idea "wait sir, you cant write im one, I was attacking him, he was only acting in self defence, you can't punish him for that" he said looking down, he knew this would make it a lot worse for him.
" You are both going home, don’t make me add on to your time Neeja, now go wait." He said with a glare to the boy.
Neeja stood up and clenched his fist "you can't punish him for self defence, it say the rule of self defence in the rulebook" he said firmly "now punish me for assault because that’s what it was, he was only acting in self defence" he said growling.
" Out Neeja. NOW!" Both boy's would be sent home, it didn't matter who hit who first they both hit each other. " It stopped being self-defence after the second hit."
Neeja stayed where he was "it was self defence the whole time because I was attacking him, after he hit me to get me off of him I attacked him again so he had no choice!" he yelled. He knew Sumiko could hear him, he didn’t know why he was so set on this even if it hurt his stomach to yell and he was livid at Sumiko for calling him stupid and making it so he wouldn’t be able to sing for about a week he understood to much what position Sumiko was in.
" I said OUT, we both know how much you like choir Neeja. And we both no how close you are to losing that class now go sit and wait." He said and that was the end of it because he was picking up the phone and dialling Sumiko's number. Sumiko sat curled up, he was going to get in so much trouble, he shouldn't have hit Neeja. He'd thank him though for trying to get him out of it.
Neeja froze at the mention of losing choir, he had tried, but he couldn’t lose choir. "Don’t bother calling my house, I’m my own guardian, I may be a junior but I was held back, I’m 18" he said calmly and walked out. He was so angry at himself for not being able to get Sumiko out of it. Neeja walked out and sat in the corner chair away from Sumiko, Neeja didn’t care, he would just work overtime for the next week it would bring in some much needed money.
Ten minutes later an old women walked into the office she was scowling and looked anything but happy. She walked over to Sumiko and smacked him in the head. " I can not believe you Sumiko, what would your mother say? If she were here and you got in a fight she would be so angry with you." She pulled him from his chair. " Let's go." Sumiko kept his head bowed. " I'm sorry Nona, really I Am." he said softly following her out of the office.
Neeja got up and walked over to Nona. "Um, Nona, can I speak with you" he asked his tone was gentle and filled with respect.
The women looked Neeja over and scowled even more. " I don’t have time to talk to children. Sumiko let's go I have things to do that your little stunt as messed up." She said walking out of the office dragging Sumiko behind her.
"Wait, please Nona, it’s my fault that Sumiko is in trouble, he shouldn’t be, I attacked him and he only fought back in self defence" he said hanging his head
" I don’t care." She said not even turning around to look at him. Sumiko stopped and looked at Neeja smiling weekly. " Thanks anyway. I'm sorry too.” He said before rushing after his grandmother.
Neeja stood there looking at the ground, he saw the principle walking out so he rushed back into the office and sat down before he could see that he had gone.
The principal smiled. " I see Sumiko's grandmother has picked him up. " He said cheerfully. " Your free to go Neeja, be back in my office in five day's."
Neeja growled at the principle as he slammed the office door and stalked out the front door getting into his car and driving off.
Sighing the principal went back into his office to work on some of his principal duties.

Hmm... If I can grab my guitar this week, perhaps I could get a picture of it and claim it's Jeimuzu's... ninja
Or I could just find it on-line, but that wouldn't be as much fun.
