Ethello Graceful crisis Ethello I heart Yellow. I have all 4, they're so hot!! ^^ I got mine on Amazon! (that way no one could bother me with that whole little ittsy bittsy fact that their rated mature ^^)
I even asked where they had their yaoi xd The man thought there was a manga by that name xd Then I just asked for Yellow xd But it wasn't really embarrasing .. The man before me in the line ordered porn , and the storekeeper cried that it was porn so loud that the entire store could hear it eek

Love Yellow! Have to say it has a lot more going for it than either FAKE or Get Backers... theres yaoi in it (unlike GB) and theres a much more interesting plot than FAKE.

Mmm, I dunno really. I liked FAKE a little more than I liked Yellow, I appreciated its plot line more. I still love Yellow to bits but the whole thing about Taki's parents kinda bugged me, it seemed a little too tacked on there... but that's just my opinion. My real appreciation for Yellow is for the fact that the artist got me liking men with a little more "meat" on them when it came to the genre. That was a feat in itself.

It made me cry like twice I think. I read all 4 volumes 6 times because I loved it so much. I think it's better than any of the other stories in my yaoi collection. I'm sure why though...hmmm...oh well. My point is that it's the greates 4-book series ever and I love Amazon.com for having it when I wanted it. The ending of the last volume made me smile ^.^ (and cry tears of joy lol).

I love Yellow! My friend owns all four and I read them every chance I get! THE PLOT IS AMAZING!!! (Taki can pull a gun from anywhere and I heart the honeymoon. They make so much hot smex 2gether! XD) What pisses me off the most is that it is literally the best selling yaoi in Japan and if you say Yellow in the states, everyone is all 'WTF is that?' It gets no respect, I tell ya. No respect.

3nodding Miss Sushii has read Yellow, it's pretty damn sweet. Reminds me of legal drug a teeeeeeny tiny bit ^^ I loved the "Sex now, escape later" bit xD Poor Mizuki. Baha.

Yep, I own all 4 volumes of Yellow, and I must say it is one amazing yaoi manga... Although I'm actually enjoying Makoto Tateno's other work, Steal Moon more.
If you like Yellow, check out all of Makoto Tateno's works, because they all will not let you down! <3 She's just amazing.

For-Chan Cookie They're going to publish Yellow 2! It was originally in cell phone only format, but now they're going to translate it and format it in book form. Yay! I know I am reviving a bit of an old thread here, but I am just TOO curious. What is Yellow 2? I mean, obviously it is a sequel to Yellow, however I have never heard about it, do you know any websites that have information on it? I would love to know more. It's also great that it's going to be translated and put in book format... at least that way even if I don't get info on it, I will get a chance to see it ^_^

OMG YES!
I have read Yellow numerous times.
So hot~ *___*
I love it when a manga has a good backstory and a lot of tension leading up to the actual "action"... if yah know what I mean.. stare
So much better then when its just straight up F**king from beginning to end.
I can honestly say that Yellow is one of my favorite Shonen ai's.

I own the first four volumes, but heard they are coming out with a "Yellow 2" which is supposed to be after they have been together or something. I am having trouble finding these books though. Anybody know where I can get a hole of them?
