Echo walked happily along with him, her heart simply soaring up in the sky with the moon and the stars. When they finally came into the vicinity of her den, she stopped beside him and nuzzled him once more. She didn't want to leave him just yet, but she knew that she had to stay with her sister for a while, or at least until everything was sorted out and perhaps until Ophelia accepted Logan, which hopefully wasn't far away.

"Stay with Ophelia tonight," she whispered, careful not to talk too loud lest she wake her sister. She nodded slightly then sat down for a moment. She wanted to tell him how much she appreciated all that he had done and how much she loved him. But, with her curse, she couldn't. So instead, she tried to relay it through her eyes.

Looking up at him, she smiled and wagged her tail. "I'll tell her," she said slowly, putting together his words to make her own sentence. Sometimes it was hard living with her curse.

But anyways...

"Close with you," she said, still smiling at him. Her heart pounded with love for him as she stood there. "I love you," she repeated, nuzzling him affectionately before she trotted over to her den then quietly slipped inside.
