Note to people: THE BAR WON'T HELP YOUR CRAMPS.
Just figured I should say that.
Bar rape, cramp or no cramp, is a sin against DDR.

Get a cramp during play, raise your arms above your head.
It's not that attractive, but it's better than bar-rape, failure, or injury.

Anti-bar-rapism is for stuck-up oldbies.

I don't use it as often as I used to, but I don't see a reason to not use it if you need to. If it were considered cheating, Konami wouldn't put them there in the first place.

Yeah, but it still won't help cramps in your sides.

I use the bar if I start to fall over or my lungs can handle the jumps.
I'm against bar-dependence.
People LEANING on the bar through the whole damned song is lame.
Especially on stamina songs.
Completely defeats the purpose.
