i know it's not really a quote but i like the bit where elizabeth is kissing jack and he just stands there attached to the ship untill she leaves and then he tries to get free. i'm was like "he so wants her"

That has to be one of the most funniest parts in POTC DMC. "Look an undead monkey" brings out gun and shoots it.

I like pretty much all Jack lines, and Ragetti and Pintel lines. Like... Key: *jumps off boat* Pintel: Musta saw a catfish... *laugh* Ragetti: ...? ... ... *laugh* It's rather hard to convey that one in words. It was so funny, though...
