no they dident mention anything about his body being found,but from the looks of it they did cause they showed the funeral and everything,and the dream before was about him regaining memories and such by the looks of it,
i suspect thats what the thing Seimei put on the sill for, something to give Ritsuka back some of his memeories, thats why i think Seimei is part of Rit's memory loss...
and he dident sneak in, like i said earlier on, i saw him appear out of nowwhere, its hard to see, but i spot it gradually before he put his hand on Ritsuka's head, that and he has an aura around him.
before i used to think the anime made a mistake in that (like what they had done with Akito in fruits basket) but then when i got info about the dream sequence, not to mention other stuff in the end dident happen, i have heard about the ending of vol 4 before and such (where it ended) and its different to what the anime ending had.
