Talus had done some good, and some bad during the actions he had taken. As his landed on the ground, Ianex still behind him without a wall to push off of, he had made the decision to remove the weapons. He followed this up with a critical error in replacing the tissues and blood.

His entire bodys chemistry had been altered by the thrusts with the kodachi. The moment a wound had occured to the kidneys, his bodies pH levels would be thrown out, randomly and incalcuably. His body would be forced into a slow deterioration, aided even further by the alterations Talus had made.

Ianex had not choice but to sit and watch the man he had tried to allow to live, die, and painfully at that.

Though he would watch the pain, he could not leave it at this, as it was clear that his opponent would not share his pity, and the handfull of previously unused needles would be thrown in bulk at Talus. Though inaccurate, atleast a dozen would pierce into the skin, unable to be picked out by his fingers.

Ianex was truly sad to see such a great fighter die.

Talus wouldn't let himself die so easily. He would take a deep breath and blow outward, releasing a white mist from his mouth. It would instantly freeze the needles and drop them to the ground, shattering them. The mist would continue and fly toward Ianex. Tal had to finish this fast or he would most likely die. He would stagger toward Ianex and say. "This was.. A good.. Match.." He would then raise both of his arms and in an attack of despiration, He would throw them downward, collapsing the building into itself. Talus needed not to worry about the building, for he would be able to survive the hits since it was his own attack, but Ianex would ie if he were caught by the ice. It would freeze his whold body and crush him under the weight. Talus would begin using his skill of biokinesis. He would begin to work with the ph levels in his body. He worked fast enough to bring the hydroxyl ions back to their normal rate, but the building was right about to collapse when he began to work on the second. He would have to use telekinesis fast. He would just barely manage to push the top of the building on his side toward Ianex and he began on the hydronium ions. He would use the biokinesis to balance out the hydromium ions aswell. He felt weak, but at least he would survive. He would run toward Ianex's current position, dodging the wall of ice. He would then move back, trying to distance himself as much as possible until he regained his energy.

As Talus rose to his feet, Ianex could tell that Talus was quite the talented healer, but that would not be enough for his victory. Though Talus was able to initiate his destruction of the building, he could not save his own life. When Talus brought his hands to the air, he left an opening, an opening too good for Ianex to ignore.

With this, Ianex would trust forward, and using his claws would penetrate fully through Talus' stomach, allowing not only for a large physical wound, but also allowing a substantial amount of Tal's stomach acid to seep out.

Though his hands would be slightly burned, it wasn't enough that he would lose focus, and as such, Ianex would expand his wings into sort of a barrier. The wings would wrap around his head and face as he continued his movements past Talus. As they reached their peak, they had formed almost a completed barrier around Ianex, a barrier he would have to seperate from his body.

With a reaching slash behind his back, Ianex would sever the ties of his wings to his body, allowing himself to be in a protective barrier that he was not touching, preventing the ice from not only harming him, but also residually freezing him. Without forgetting to reinforce this protection within the last few seconds, Ianex forged his former wings into a protective sphere of carbon, an odd formation he had created himself, that though not permanently stable, was good enough for the next few moments.

Talus was right, this was a good fight, and perhaps, with Ianex's aid, after it was all over, Talus would survive and a new friendship would be made.

Talus would be able to bring his hands down and knock the claw downward, fast enough to stop the claw and escape with only a graze to his chest. He would wince in pain as he was distanced from Ianex. Since Ianex didn't do anything to stop the white mist though, it would begin to freeze his body. It would conume him in ice, freezing his inside and out. No clones this time. Talus would punch his gauntlets together again, making a stream of fire erupt from the gauntlets when they parted. They would engulf his gauntlets in flames and throw a fist with his left hand, launching the flame that surrounded it toward the frozen Ianex in the form of a fireball. He would then reach behind him and grab his katana. He would unsheathe it with his right hand. This would engulf the blade in flames. He would let out a scream and the flames would turn blue in certain areas. He would slash dowanward with the blade and outward would fly a huge stream of fire mixed with ice, the blue flames being the ice. The heads of the flames would take the shape of dragon heads, spiraling around each other and opening their mouths right in front of Ianex. They would hit him and shatter his frozen corpse. A sad end indeed. Talus found true respect for this man.

Though Ianex was note necessarily a scholar at magic by any means, he was glad that his halo had been forged from not only the strongest, but also the purest of fires, a phoenix. As the freezing of his body would begin, Ianex would counteract the freezing by engulfing his entire body in the flames.

Previously his fire had been unable to harm the ice, but there was truly something different about this flame, it seemed like it was more than just a hot flame, it was also a living flame. This flame had once sustained a creature through both life and death, repeatedly as the cycle of a phoenix goes.

The flames of the phoenix halo seemed not only to burn, but also accelerate the very molecules inside ones body. Allowing for not only increased speed as it was commonly unconciously used for, but also to remove the very threat of freezing from Ianex's body on a molecular level. Thus, as the flames consumed his body, it was not only a measure to stop the freezing, but also as a pre-emptive defense from a physical strike.

As the firey punch came towards Ianex, he would catch it, absorbing the flames into his own, increasing the intensity by an equal level to the attack. Any normal person within 5 feet would have been charred to death, but neither man was normal.

As the katana followed the fireball, Ianex would meet the blade with his claws, catching it, allowing these new flames to further add to his now intense aura. The aura would easily be able to spread to encompass Talus now, and the pheonix's fire, enhanced by Talus' attacks would begin to reject the new organic being in its presence.

Talus would smirk. "It seems I've underestimated you Ianex.. I'll try harder next time." He would say before turning the katana to the left and sliding it out of the claws of Ianex. He would jump into the air about 150'0, gaining his distance. He would land on the ground about 50'0 away from Ianex before proceeding. He would begin to scream. It would cause a sonic boom that would fly toward Ianex, and knock him back quite a ways if he was hit. It would also cause pain in his eardrums. When Talus stopped screaming though, two angelic wings were on his head. The wings would begin to flap, causing a gust of wind to move along the area. He would then use the crushed ice to his advantage. He would use telekinesis to lift the ice into the air and start a blizzard. The blizzard would carry the ice everywhere. With biokinesis though, he would alter the properties in the ice to make them litle ice needles. The ice would fly toward Ianex. Some of the crushed ice would be made into snow with biokinesis. It would soften the properties of the ice. This would make a real blizzard. Since the flakes would cloud Ianex's vision, Talus would move. He would run around Ianex constantly, creating a tornado around him. He would be stuck in it until he managed to get out. It would spin him at speeds of over 2000mph. It would normally tear a normal human into shreds, but as stated previously, Ianex was no human. This would most likely cause dizzyness though and disorient him. The ice would then move into the tornado, moving in the opposite direction of the man. The ice would eventually collide with and impale the man if he didn't think fast. And this ice had the same effect aswell as the other ice. Freezing upon contact. Although it wouldn't matter about the freezing if Ianex was hit with one of these. One in the right spot, being the brain, trachea, heart, lungs or kidneys would kill him. Talus would start screwing with him a lot if he survived this.

Sliding the katana would not be enough, unlike what Talus had thought, and Ianex would apply an equal pulling force to the blade, preventing the movements of the man.

Stuck face to face with a burning monster, Talus had sealed his own fate in not running. As previously stated, the phoenix's fires would begin to reject the new organic object, still foreign to it. The fires covering roughly a ten foot area now with the katana's flames absorbed, it would be impossible for Talus to leave the burning aura, especially with the wounds covering many important places of his body, ranging from a grazing wound on his chest, all the way to deep wounds in his kindeys, all of which still unadressed by healing of any sort.

Talus would not only be bleeding to death, but also trapped in a raging inferno that was disintigrating his very molecules.

Talus not only adressed the fact that he brought everything back to normal, but he had released an inner strength that would propell him to live. He would use his skill of biokinesis to change the properties in the fire, making it smoke instead. He would then jump back 150'0 and begin to flap his headwings. They would cause an enourmous gust of wind. He would use his skill of biokinesis to heal the chest wound before continuing. This new flare inside him blocked out the pain, but would show effects sooner or later if not stopped. He would use his ability of biokinesis to start messing around with the body of Ianex. He would use the skill to work on the kidneys of Ianex first. He would throw the hydroxyl ion/ hydronium ion rate out of wack, causing the same effect on Ianex that it did on Ianex.Unless Ianex had biokinesis aswell or he had some sort of auto heal techniques, he would suffer the same fate that Talus nearly suffered. All of this was at a distance aswell. Talus would now use the gust of wind that was created once the fire properties were altered to his advantage. He would use tekekinesis to raise the chunks of ice that were left from the collapsed building to raise them. He would let them get carried in the gust of wind, but he would use biokinesis yet again to alter the properties of the sicles, making them sharp as needles. He would also use biokinesis to poison the tips of the needles. He would then use his gust of wind with the wings as controllers to send them flying toward the decaying Ianex. While the needles were flying toward Ianex, he would take the time to recallibrate his hydronium and hydorxyl ions to their normal rates, since it is said that it wasn't done before. Since he had amazing mental energy, it would return everything back to normal fast. Talus would still not feel 100%, but he would be at about 80% soon. He was just beginning to release his true power.

Watches the fight from the stands, keen eyes following each movement with a bored yawn. Knowing well the outcome to this pointless fight, glossy black tail flickering over the side of the stand I'm seated upon. Crimson hued orbs flickering malevolently as they glance about the arena floor now, then the sky for an terrain advantedge like I had taught him before.

Wolf would look onward from the stands, staring at his pupil. He knew what was going through Talus' mind and he didn't like it. He would support him anyway. "You did well Tal." Wolf would say and sigh. "I'll see you later and we'll discuss this match and how you could have improved later. I'm gone for now, but be sure to root for me in the second round since my opponent was a No-Show." He would then turn and walk away, a flurry of pink rose petals dancing around him in the process.

Talus would sigh and nod to Wolf. This match was over. "******** it." He would say. "I quit. This would seriously ******** both of us over if we continued. Get your kidneys checked up on by the way Ianex. They're in need of assistance." Talus would say and chuckle before walking out of the arena. He would move to meet Wolf afterward. Honestly, Talus was pissed, but this fight was basically going nowhere. This was the end of his GTB tour. "I say goodbye to the Gaian Tenkachi Boudokai Tournament as a fighter, but say hello to it as a spectator." Talus would say. He hoped Wolf would make it far here.
