Kasu turned and shook his head. " My assistant brought it to me as a birthday present. Though I have knowledge of the project now from another person who lives with two fae. I did not really choose what to put in here.. a big angry bee landed on the jar and got sucked in and just two days ago, this glowing mass emerged." He said then blushed, realizing he was yammering.

He shook his head. " Nay I did not. But I think it was meant to be. I am a biologist so really any living thing facinates me and I like insects in particular. The bee that got pulled into the jar was one from my hives outside my lab." He said with a nod. " I've a room ready for the young one in here and everything.. I just hope it ends up female.. or else the room will have to be refurnished." he said with a soft laugh, running a hand through his raven hair.

"That would be," she laughs. "Though in my experience sometimes they reject the room anyways. I decorated Nereida's and she sleeps in the bathtub instead."

" Well it would make sense, given the nature of the gift. I mean you said a vial of ocean water... hmm so being water inclined could be expected. I decorated the room in a fashion that a wild honeybee would like, very floral and the bed itsself is a giant flower." He said with a nod. " Oh where are my manners, I'm Professor Kasumoto Ryushikawa of the Ishikawa research labs based in Barton." He said, bowing his head and his slightly pointed elf like ears shown as the raven plummage fell forward.

He chuckled. " I was not going to assume anything, because when you do, you make an arsehole of yourself." he said then laughed again. " I call the one in my jar here Tomoko. You can hear the buzzing and flutter of wings if you listen close enough." he said with a nod.

"Yes, Kayce went in for a medical evaluation already. I didn't like her tutors much. Kayce seemed to like her male tutor, but the female one she wasn't too fond of," Amyla replied, stretching out on the towel. She squinted a bit in the sunlight as two other fae approached, not recognizing either. She gave both a friendly wave and then stifled a laugh at the somewhat shy man in the labcoat. "Hello there. You must be another new victim," she said with a chuckle and a nod at the jar. Victim, indeed. Had any of the fae guardians known what they were getting into?
Kayce cocked her head to one side, staring at Nereida's webbed hand. Yes, those sort of hands would make other things difficult. "It must be good exercise, swimming," she said thoughtfully, noting how much effort she was exerting to stay afloat. She wasn't tired by any means, but it certainly wasn't easy. One pointed ear flicked at the sound of another happy, screaming female voice, and Kayce had the good grace not to cringe. Aaaargh... more females?

Iris runs toward Nereida but she is in the water and she has to wait her sister so that she puts her the solar protector and removes her the dress. " hurry hurry Nalani, I want swiming with Nereida"
Nalani smiles to her sister absently, peacefully she removes the dress to Iris and puts her the solar protector, "be careful and don't go very to inside".
Iris leaves running and she enters in the sea next to Nerida and Nalani leaves their things near to more things and she will present to the mother of Nereida and another woman that it is speaking with he.

"I'm somewhat anxious to meet Nereida's tutors and find out how her progress is. Like, I know she's special, but aside from the obsession with swimming, the brief spaciness, and the breathing underwater she seems really quite normal. But I guess I'll find out when we go." Silently, she adds that she is somewhat scared she has messed up.
Silverah then notices Nalani. "Oh, hi! It's great to see you're here! I guess Pi couldn't make it, then?"
"Oh, the very best," enthuses Nereida, grinning at Iris. "Hiya! Do you guys know eachother?"

Amyla chuckled. Yes, apart from her pointed ears, fascination with weapons, and apathetic attitude toward others, Kayce was fairly normal too. "I wouldn't worry too much. Kayce seems very normal in many ways too, but she has her little quirks. According to Shy, once they get their powers, they start to go through puberty, so we can worry then," Amyla replied, grinning just a little. Another child to go through puberty with. Splendid. She couldn't wait to start getting gray hair.
She noticed the unfamiliar female fae approaching and smiled up at her. "Hello. Out to enjoy the sunshine too?"
Kayce watched the other fae run into the waves and then returned her attention to Nereida. "Running and climbing are better for me. But this is fun," she conceded. "I don't know her. I haven't met any others like us except you and... that boy in my ballet class," she added, wrinkling up her nose a bit at the memory of the blond-haired snob.

Nalani smiles to Silverah, "Mom is a little busy and as we didn't want Iris to get lost it, I have brought her, I hope it isn't a inconvenience" Nalani says with some exquisite manners and a very melodic and well modulated voice, " I present myself, I am Nalani the big sister of Iris, Thank you for the invitation"
Iris looks at the girl that it is next to Nereida and she doesn't remember to met her before, " i think that i dont meet her before Nerida" she turn her atention to the other girl " hello I'm Iris, Nice to meet you" she smile.

"Boy in your ballet class?" Nereida echoes. "I don't think I've met him. I've met Noelle, Ritsuki, and Aurion, though." She remembers Kayce's comment about not knowing anyone else and adds, "I guess you haven't met 'em."
"That sounds almost scary the way you've described it," Silverah shudders.

Ronnie squinted against the sun. This was it. She was going to validate this fae thing right here and right now. If the bulliten was correct, she'd be able to see and meet some of them for proof. The butterflies in her stomach were mere by-products of wanting to finish it, that was all.
Tucking her towel underneath her arm, she began making her way down to the beach, her sarong swishing around her legs. Seeing a few people already crowded into a group, a light blue skinned woman among them, she realized that this must be her group.
She walked to the side of them and approached, "Erm, hi, I'm Veronica, but you can call me Ronnie. You're all... well, you know about the 030 project right?"
She sincerely hoped this was the right crowd.
