My Awakening
The trees rustle in the wind and the birds sing their graceful tune
For they know that another soul has joined their quest to help the earth
This is my experience of my own awakening
I feel the world hum in tune with my existence
I see the blue glow of the moon protecting me through the night
And the sun shining on me as I embrace its warmth
The plants call to me and I understand my purpose
To save them in their fight to struggle to live and care for the world
I feel the sky, earth, water, and fire all meet together inside me
And form a greater wisdom of understanding within me
