i suspect thats because its got lots of characters in,
i dunno how many there is, i suspect lots of ppl even slash couples you wouldent think of like Kakashi x Sakura.
as for the couples i like, i like
Sasuke x Naruto,
Naruto x Hinata,
Lee x Sakura,
Kiba x Hinata,
Neji x Hinata
Zabuza x Haku
and thats bout it so far really.

answer: stare Dude, every pairing possible, people just really love the slash of NARUTO. There are plenty, believe me!

answer: naru x sasu or at least it should be because it is the best heart

SasukeXNaruto is the most popular but I like either GaaraXSasuke or GaaraXNaruto better.

Naruto isn't the serie with the most slash pairings - I think it's only the most popular at the moment. (Prince of Tennis, anyone? Which is so canonly gay the characters wear pink and sing karaoke in official pairings?)
I think the obvious Naruto pairings have mainly been named.. My favorite is undoubtly Sasuke x Kakashi, in its raw, intense, competitive and boy-ish way, since their respectives angstyness should cancel themselves via smut, of course. 3nodding
[EDIT] I meant to add: I only see that pairing in a grown-up and mature (where it counts) Sasuke kind of way, which is why I prefer him to be seme. I can't stand shota. D=

I just thought this would be a good discussion thread thing. xD Let see.. 1) Naruto x Sasuke, Kiba x Shino, Gaara x Lee, Kakashi x Iruka, Kakashi x Sasuke, Itachi x Sasuke, Chouji x Shikamaru (wtf!), Naruto x Iruka, Orochimaru x Sasuke, Orochimaru x Itachi, hm.... Gaara x Naruto. That's about it I think... 2) Most popular: Naruto x Sasuke, Sasuke x Itachi, Gaara x Lee, and Kakashi x Iruka. 3) My favorite: Gaara x Lee, Nauto x Sasuke, and Kakashi x Iruka =]

well my fav slash ones are Sasuke x Naruto, Zabuza x Haku, maybe Gaara x Naruto maybe Kakashi x Naruto and i also like Iruka x Naruto to.

Asuma x Shikamaru
Gai x Lee
Sasuke x Naruto
Kakashi x Iruka.

~I like all of the Naruto pairings, though some are more difficult to make plausible and IC. It's hard to find good Naruto slash fic, though, alas. Or, at least, I've found it trying. Any recs?

Um not sure how many in total and dont have to work out cause it would take too long...then you have to conidser are you only counting AxB pairings or AxBxC or even AxBxCxD eek
my faves would be something along the lines of:
shikamaru x neiji
kiba x shino
really any mixture of the four through gaara in there someone where for fun too xd
