warwick cheap? When did this happen? Last I checked, most fretless's went for clos to a grand.

aahz warwick cheap? When did this happen? Last I checked, most fretless's went for clos to a grand. There are plenty of fretlesses in the $200-500 range(American). A lot of the companies make a cheap line and then a high end line of fretless and fretted basses.

I've got a marked Peavey Foundation fretless.
I personally love it,
You can generaly tell were the "frets" (Even if it wasent marked) by sight, feel, and sound.
The nice thing I love about my fretless is the slides I can pull off,
as well with the "between fret harmonics" wich I find to be fairley difficult to pick up on.

I took an old P Bass clone and ripped the fretwire out and filled in the holes. I just wanted a fretless to play around with and didnt really want to pay for a new one. It plays half decent believe it or not.
