There are several names for Jesus and a couple for God, as well as a few for the devil.
Does it really matter what we call him, as long as we know he is the son of God?

You DO realize that Jesus=God=Holy Ghost all three in one, one in seperate forms. And as many here have said, it doesn't matter what language you call Jesus by name because regardless of what we say he knows our heart, thoughts, and soul and either way he knows if we trully love him regardless of the name we call him.
The only trouble we fall into regarding Jesus' name is using his name in vain. Only then is it bad.

He's also named Immaneul. Matthew 1:23
As long as your heart, mind, and soul is worshiping him it shouldn't matter what his true name is.

Well Jesus is the English translation of Y'suha, and besides, it's the same person, the same Son of God. And Jesus goes beyond other languages and their translations of His name.

Yes it is true that Jesus's name in Hebrew is Yeshuah. But Jesus's name is translated and transliterated into other languages. If you have an issue with us using Jesus, then take it up with God. God named Him that. His name in Greek is Iēsoûs. By the way Jesus is God in flesh. Using your arguement then that we should be calling him Yeshuah is off because Jesus had no problem with the NT being writtnen in Greek and His name being Iēsoûs and not Yahweh. Jesus wants us to come to Him. Jesus, Yeshua, Emmanuel, Iēsoûs. I guess my question for you is what is your issue. Why are you nitpicking about such an irrelevant issue?

Y'shua ha Mashiach יֵשׁוּעַ is how Jesus the Messiah was known in Hebrew. It doesn't matter if you call Him Jesus, Iesus, Ieosuos, Gexu, Yasuo', Jesu, Iesu Chirisuto, Ea-shoa' M'shee-kha, Jisu, Yesu, YehSou, Gesù, or any other way to say His Name... the important thing is that you call Him LORD!!
Yes famu is back biggrin
