There is no safe method of extraction. However, ever since Apocalypse put his Adamantium back on, and doing it RIGHT this time, his healing factor has been converting it into "beta" Adamantium, which allows his bone marrow to function fully once mpore. So I don't think it would be a big deal.

Well I know the "taking away of the adamantium" has happened. Magneto did that. But what of taking his healing factor? That metal must be a heavy burden for anyone to carry. I'm sure if he didn't have adamantium, his healing factor would probably be greater since it doesn't have to keep up with the strain of heavy metal bones.

The healing factor has no problem with the heavy metal. Why would it? it doesn't cause injury or damage. And I don't think Adamantium is all that heavy.
What DID cause him trouble was that his original skeleton was improperly bonded, causing what was dubbed 'Adamantium Poisoning'. The adamantium was interfering with his body's ability to get new red blood cells out of the bones' marrow. His healing factor was impaired because it was constantly having to compensate for this. When Apocalypse put the Adamantium back on his bones, he did it right, so his healing factor is no longer impaired like that.

xZevx Good idea. But I was thinking, if Wolverine lost his healing factor, wouldn't he die? Isn't the only thing keeping the adamantium from crushing his organs and such his healing factor. I'm not too sure, cause I assumed the adamantium was ubber heavy. Sort of if he would loss his Healing factor he would die do to adamantium poisoning. I'd say the Blob that dude needs help
